The Beginning

Prologue
"Run!" A voice shouted. People were fleeing left and right. Aliens have come to capture Earth. It was 6870 and the aliens had enough. People were fleeing to the spaceship. People fought against the aliens with their magic, to no avail. They were all cut down or evaporated by the aliens. As the spaceship reached its destination of Mars, everyone could hear the explosion as Earth exploded into millions of pieces.

Chapter 1: The Meeting
It was 6905. "Ahh!" Inferno shouted as he tripped. "Be more careful Inferno!" A woman shouted. Inferno was a young boy, at the age of 17. He was pretty strong, but mostly overconfident. He had fiery crimson hair that complimented his fiery red and crimson eye gradient and magma armour. He was about to go do his job, overseeing the Volcano, helping around and most surprisingly, talk to his pet Magmus. It was surprising. A young boy having such a beast as his pet. His pet was gigantic. A massive monster made of lava, with a soul entwined with a fiery love for Inferno. Magmus would do anything to protect Inferno. As Inferno walked along the long path to the volcano, he could already hear Magmus preparing for his arrival. "Hehe." Inferno chuckled to himself.
"Hello my great beautiful lava beast!" Inferno shouted with delight. Magmus kneeled down in the volcano to hear Inferno better. "I have something, important to tell you. I need you to understand this, ok?" Inferno asked Magmus. Magmus gave Inferno a stare as to mean yes. "Alright. Here's the news: I'm going on an adventure, I'm leaving the town. Magmus glared at Inferno, but didn't dare make a noise. It was the first sign of hostility Magmus ever gave Inferno after Inferno tamed Magmus. "Please, you can't chase after me." Inferno reasoned, "I want to explore the World, please.". Suddenly, Magmus gave a grunt of approval and softened his gaze. Inferno stood up. Inferno only had a couple of words to say before he left. "... I'm sorry.".
"This isn't so bad, isn't it!" Inferno laughed to himself. He heard a growl from his stomach. "Forget I said anything." Inferno sighed. Inferno then spotted a forest nearby. He ran as fast as he could. As he ran through the forest, his foot caught on a tree root. He tumbled into an open field. He stood up, to see that the field was covered in flowers. He saw one person sitting in the middle of the field. He ran over to them. "Uh... Hi." Inferno said. "Hello, who are you?" The person asked. "I'm Inferno. I came here because I was hungry. I'm on a journey to explore the World." Inferno explained. "Ah, an adventurer. That's a coincidence, as I am one myself". "Do you mind if I... Join you?" Inferno asked. "Of course!" The man replied. "But what's your name?" said Inferno cheerfully. "My name is Elliot." Elliot responded as he stood up. "I have food, but you probably won't be able to eat it without getting food poisoning." Elliot said. "Figures." Inferno sighed. Inferno looked at Elliot properly. He has brownish hair with a green gradient at the end and silver armour with green markings on them. He had brown eyes that blend in with the wood. He looked 18. "Alright! Let's get going." Inferno announced.
Elliot and Inferno were just walking when they spotted water in the distance, accompanied by a town. "How did an ocean end up here?" Inferno questioned. They walked on the bridge leading to the town. "Halt! Who goes there?" A voice shouted.

Chapter 2: The Sea Gem
"We are adventurers. My name is Inferno and his name is Elliot." Inferno explained hastily. "Ah, adventurers. Welcome! My name is Jamie." Jamie told them, "I'm the guardian of this ocean.". Jamie was fairly average in size with light-blue hair with two tails of hair dropping down to the sides of his face, and white and pastel blue war clothes and golden and blue eyes. It looked beautiful to see the blue and gold in each of his eyes. He looked no more than 18. Inferno could see a dagger strapped to his waist. "I'll show you around." Jamie offered. "Alright." Inferno accepted.
"I would like to join you," Jamie started as they were walking, "But I have to defend the Sea Gem, it's the only thing keeping this ocean from evaporating.". "Why not ask someone else?" Elliot suggested. "I could ask my little brother, but he's only 14." Jamie sighed. "He might be able to defend it on his own." Inferno said, "If he's as strong as I imagine he is.". "He's a cheeky but calm boy, though I admit he is very powerful." Jamie admitted, "If I could convince the Town Mayor to let my brother become guardian...". "Let's go talk to him then!" Inferno declared. "That might not be such a good idea..." Jamie sighed, "We need to consult my brother first.". "Fine." Inferno huffed, "First we go see your brother, then we go to the Mayor.". As they walked near Jamie's house, they could see a person in blue, who looks just like Jamie, walking up to them. "Brother!" The person shouted as he ran and hugged Jamie. "This is my brother, Levi." Jamie told Inferno and Elliot. "Hi!" Levi said to Inferno and Elliot as he broke away from Jamie. "Sooo, we were kind of, going to, ask you something..." Inferno began. "What is it?" Levi asked. "Could you guard the Sea Gem for Jamie? He really wants to go on an adventure with us!" Inferno explained. "I've always wanted to guard the Sea Gem. Of course! But we have to speak to the Mayor about that, don't we?" Levi accepted.
Minutes later, Inferno, Elliot, Jamie and Levi were knocking on the Mayor's door. "Who is it?" The Mayor asked from inside. "It's me." Jamie said. The Mayor opened the door. "Oh, you brought other people! Hello, my name is Daniel but people just call me The Mayor." The Mayor explained. "We were going to ask you about something." Jamie told The Mayor. "What is it?" The Mayor asked. "We were going to ask if Levi can take over my job as Guardian of The Ocean." Jamie said nervously, not knowing how the Mayor would react. "Are you sure? I don't really have power over your decision, but are you sure you want your brother to become Guardian of The Ocean?" The Mayor asked. "Yes." Jamie said. "Alright then, I guess he is now the Guardian. That reminds me, here, Jamie, take this." The Mayor sighed. The Mayor handed Jamie a locket. "It points towards the Main Alien ship. I had lots of difficulties getting my hands on one of these." The Mayor explained. "...Thank you." Jamie said as they closed the door.
