*** THE WITCH OF HAWKINS — THE VANISHING OF WILL BYERS

"Come, 007, 011." I say, as the three of us run through the rainy forest.
We all were like siblings, even though we aren't blood related. We've been stuck in the Hawkins Lab for countless years, it caused us to get connected.
Our hospital gowns were soaked, water streaming down our shaved heads.
"I'm hungry..." 011 says, holding onto her stomach as it growls.
"I'll get us to safety." I speak.
"Maybe...we'll find food."
"There." 007 says, pointing at a building.
"Food. There." It was a diner.
We walked in...and there was...a man? He had a bald, round shaped head, a beard, and was wearing a white rolled up shirt.
We snuck into the kitchen. Hopefully he didn't hear us walk inside. He was too busy serving a customer.
There sat 2 red baskets on the counter, baskets of French fries!
011 and 007 shared their own basket, I got my own since I'm the eldest of the three. We ate as fast as possible, just so we couldn't get caught. But the man still did. "Hey!" The man yelled as he ran after us, all scattered around the diner.
A split second before we reach the door, the scary man catches us.
"Think you can steal from me, boys?"
We all looked around. We weren't...boys?
011 tries to tear free, writhing in his arms.
The man holds us all tight on the arm, his expression softened, he knew we were not boys at all, not a girl either, but not like any person he's ever seen.
We were different.
"What in the hell?" The man yells.
011 stops wiggling, and stares at the man with a stern look on her face.

Our soaked, hospital gowns were replaced with a yellow T-shirt that nearly looked like a dress on us.
