It's nearly the end of the year and I'm still getting worse. Maths failed, English failed, sciences failed and everything else failed. I'm failing high school and about to enter my third year. Nothing is looking good. There's no one for me at home, my parents are always out and I never see them except every now and then when they are in the house on a Monday or Tuesday morning. They are never at home for the weekend and I have no one to ask for help with school.
*RING RING*
"New voicemail received yesterday"
"Hi honey it's me! Your mum! Just calling to hope your alright and the money we left you is enough for the week. Love you, bye!"
The voicemail cut off. The money mum had left was more then enough and I always had money to burn. I could never find text books though... Mum always sounds cheerful through the voicemail but never when she is in the house. I sighed loudly, opening the fridge pulling out a unfinished tub of honey yoghurt and quickly eating it before striping down into my underwear and started to head up to my room... "Screw it, I'll sleep on the sofa" I turned around and laid down onto the sofa, the fresh faux leather sticking to my fur. I wiggled around slightly before whispering silently to myself "Night Ryan, sweet dreams" and turned of the lamp
