"Well I was unsure at first-" Helaena said rubbing her stomach, now quiet obviously heavily pregnant, "I confided in Kyannis, where she suggested I wait until my next time to bleed then visit the maester, where it was all confirmed that I was with child!" She continued, looking to the maidens. Entering the room, all occupants looked to the girl, she nodded an hello and stuck to being in the background, choosing to listen to thee conversation instead.
"So it was rather immediate then?" Another maiden asked, herself very excited for the birth of the new babe.
"Kyannis!" Alicent says, coming from the bathing room and giving the girl a hug.
"I too was with child rather soon after wedding your father," the Queen says to her daughter.
"My sister is only young yet dreams of having children!" The maiden says laughing lightly, liking the freedom of speech Helaena has allowed. At the end of the day the white haired girl just wanted to make people happy.
Kyannis looked to Helaena, who was now six months along. Whenever she took the chance, Kya was with Helaena, that was when Jace wasn't following her every move.
"Where were you, you have dirt of your cheek!" Helaena asks, the mention of mess making Alicent turn the girls head and wipe the dirt from her face quickly.
"Oh I was with the dragons, well Vhagar, however she nearly burned the dragons keepers, and would you believe this, she pushed me under her wing, with her head. How crazy! Every time the dragons keepers came close to get me from under the wind she huffed and bared her teeth, it was intense!" She let out taking one big breath at the end.
"Was not how I thought I would start my morning" she laughed.
A knowing look appeared on Helaenas face, making the Queen look to her confused. Following her gaze she looked to Kyannis, who was messing with something on the desk next to her.
"When was the last time you bled?" Helaena questioned suddenly, making all the maidens stop what they were doing, and Alicent look to her daughter as if she had three heads. "Helaena!" She said exasperated, "Mother, it was just a question, anyway, look!" She says pointing to her 'sister' who just stood there shocked.
"Oh umm" Kya started, taking a second to ponder the question. Her face going red with the thought. "I mean, well... I- I don't remember. But I have been very busy so I haven't kept track on all that. Why?" She laughs off, her smile dropping with the serious looks on everyone's faces.
"You can't remember?" Alicent questioned politely, walking to the girl and placing her hand on the girls forearm. "No" the girl sighed out.
"We must get the Maesters immediately!" Helaena says, looking to the closest maiden who practically ran out of the room.
Alicent and Helaena looked to eachother excitedly. Whilst Kyannis was rendered speechless, not accepting the news until the Maester confirmed it.
