Meera's 21st birthday was in a few days. After a lot of scoldings from Madara and a little convincing from Tobirama, the Leaf's Hokage decided to a take a few days off to take his wife somewhere to celebrate her birthday.

They never really went on a honey moon after their marriage. After hearing what was going on from Madara, Hiroshi booked a room in one of the expensive inns in the Land of Steam for the couple.

The land of steam was a small and beautiful nation to explore. Its not only known for its amazing hot springs but also its extravagant and amazing festivals.

Hashirama was busy doing last minute work before he left for his little vacation with his wife while Meera was busy packing clothes and stuff for their trip. She was excited. They never really got to spend a lot of time after he became the Hokage. He was always busy. Even if he got some free time, Meera would be busy treating patients or conducting training sessions to a bunch of rookie medics.

They were to leave the next morning and Mito was more than happy to help Meera pack what she might need. The Yagami turned Senju has never been to the Land of steam so she listened to the redhead tell her about what are the best places to visit.

"Hashirama sure is a wonderful Hokage but he should pay attention to his wife. How on earth do you manage your sex life when both of you are this busy?" Mito asked making Meera blush like crazy. "I.. we... you know.. um..." she hesitated which the red head picked up. "Oh Kami! Dont tell me! Did you guys even kiss?" The redhead asked in shock.

"Umm.. yeah.. once." She replied. "Just once?! How the hell do you control your hormones? The Senju is damn handsome but not as handsome as Hiro though." Mito stated making the other woman roll her eyes. "I am not having this conversation with you Mito." The younger deadpanned.

"Oh common! I can give you some tips. Your brother is really good at.." the redhead started only to be interrupted. "No. No. No. I dont want to know anything about your sex life with my brother, Mito. So shut your damn mouth." Meera said shaking her head remembering the one time she walked in on them when they were busy in an aggressive love making session in the damn kitchen in the middle of the night when Meera went to get some water, the sight of her brother's booty still imprinted in her brain like a damn curse.

The redhead laughed "Well then. Good luck with the baby making process in your honeymoon." She said and left before the her sister-in-law could get her hands on her leaving a blushing Meera behind.

Hashirama and Meera took off to the land of the steam early in the morning. He worked until late last night so the exhaustion was clear on his face. It would take atleast a couple days to reach the Land of Steam. "We should rest somewhere before we continue Hashi. You need a good nap." Meera said to her husband.

"Yeah. Maybe you are right." The Senju agreed. They found a small inn after a couple hours and decided to stay there to take some rest and leave after having lunch. It was run by an old couple and they were happy to welcome their new customers.

Hashirama slumped on the bed as soon as they checked in making the woman chuckle. He sure looked really peaceful when he was asleep. She wanted to look around the place a little and saw the old woman preparing for lunch.

Meera offered to help the old lady even though she refused. Meera wondered if she would have shared such moments with her mother if she was alive. "Whats wrong dear? You seem to be in thought." The old woman asked. "Oh. Its nothing." She replied with a smile and curiously noted some cooking tips the older lady was offering.
