A Senju by Marriage (A Hashirama Fanfiction)

Part 9

Meera woke up feeling extremely drained and dizzy. She opened her eyes and found herself in what seemed like a prison cell. It was dark, only a little light from a small opening on the top brought light allowing her to see whats around her.

Her hands were cuffed. She had no energy and no idea how long she was here. She tried using her crystals but it was no use. She was too weak to use any of her chakra.

She tried standing up and breaking out but it wasnt possible either. She didnt have a single clue as to who they were or why she was brought here. She needs to escape but all her efforts seemed futile. Soon she heard someone's footsteps.

"Miss Meera! You are awake!" She heard the voice, it was the same voice of the guy she encountered before. He came in with a lantern allowing her to see him properly. He opened the cell's gate. "Dont try to do anything reckless Miss Meera." He said coming inside.

"Who on earth are you? What the hell do you want with me?." She asked gritting her teeth. "Oh my! Where are my manners? I am Ryota Ohsaka and you are in one of our organization's hideouts. Dont even think about escaping. You were given a chakra supressant. You wont be able to use your chakra for a while." He said with a smile.

"Are you that stupid organization that wanted to create war and chaos?" She asked. "Is that how we are talked about? Our cause is noble Miss Meera. Humans through out history has been in war. This peace you say is not something humans are destined for. Human are always meant to fight and kill each other." He said calmly.

"Do you have some kind of tragic back story? Or are you always this sick in your head?" Meera asked, her voice dripping with venom making the guy chuckle. "This so called peace makes you weak Miss Meera. If it werent for your stupid sympathy for your squad members you could have taken us down instead of being here tied up." He replied.

"What are you going to do with me?" Meera asked to really liking his way of talking. "Oh! Nothing! You were really impressive when you fought Ritsu Saiga and his goons. You managed to take out many of those who took our chakra boosting drug." He said making her eyes widen. "Was the Saiga part of your organization too?"

"Ah yes! He was. But he wasnt very fond of our noble cause. He wanted revenge for what happened to his clan so he separated himself and gathered a bunch of low level goons after stealing some of our drug. But he did meet his fate in the hands of your husband." He said with a menacing smile, his voice still calm.

"As of the reason behind your presence here, you need not worry Miss Meera. You wont be harmed as long as you dont try anything silly. Well its not like you can actually do anything. Your chakra is drained because of the drug I gave you. You are merely a bait. So if you co-operate, things will be easy for all of us." He said.

"What do you mean by bait?" She asked not really liking where this was going. "You see Miss Meera, when we did some research on all of you we found out that all the 3 founders of Konoha share a same weak spot." He said making her eyes widen. "Dun. Dun.dun... thats you!"

"We just need the important scroll on all the clans secret which you have stored in your precious village. Once we get a hold of that, you will be free to go. I have no intention of hurting a pretty woman at my custody." He said softly making her cringe.

"If you think Hashirama is going to give you all that just because you have me, you are terribly mistaken." Meera spat roughly making him laugh. "I am not a fool to go against a man who is called the God of Shinobi Miss Meera. But I wonder what will Mr. Hiroshi Yagami choose. His dear sister or the peace he always wanted." He said making Meera's eyes pop out in shock.

"He wont leave his dear sister die here now will he? I bet he is already on his way to rescue you. I want this transaction to go smoothly Miss Meera. You inexchange for the scroll we need. Hiroshi Yagami is the weakest among the 3 founders. I will be more than happy to kill him and you if he doesnt abide by my conditions. But I dont think he has it in him to risk things when it comes to his baby sister." He said with a smile making her grit her teeth.
