Myrtlepaw was taking a vole from the pile when Bramblestar asked her and her mentor Eaglewing over. Bramblestar said that it was my time to be made a warrior! I was so excited I thought I was going to jump out of my fur!! Special point of view from BRAMBLESTAR!! I climbed the rocks up to the highledge and I rang out the words; "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join there beneath the highledge!!!!!!!! Today a very brave apprentice did something unlikely for her age she saved WindClan!!!!!!! So I have decided to reward this cat with being made a warrior!!!!!!!!" One cat called out" who is she!!" "This cat I am talking about is Myrtlepaw!!!" The cats started cheering her name. MYRTLEPAW!!!!!!! MYRTLEPAW!!!!!!!! MYRTLEPAW!!!!!!!!! I signled with my tail for them to stop. Myrtlepaw do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend it even at the cost of your life? "Hold on," Myrtlepaw said. There were shocked whispers from the clan. "Yes Myrtlepaw," I said. "Does my brother get to become a warrior too?" Ummmm........ She needs a decision here, I thought. Umm..... umm... "well he fought brave but he did not do what you did so no." "Then I do not want to become a warrior yet," Myrtlepaw said. Then the clan said "Myrtlepaw is awesome she sacrificed her warriorship for Baypaw". Then the clan burst into cheers; MYRTLEPAW!!!!!!! MYRTLEPAW!!!!!!!! BAYPAW!!!!!!!!! BAYPAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to myrtlepaws point of view. Myrtlepaw was disappointed but the only time she would be made a warrior was if it was with her brother. Baypaw went over to her and said thank you so much, "you're amazing!!!!!!! I love you sis!!!!!" It was getting close to dark so she shared that vole she got with Baypaw and then went to her nest. When she woke up the next day, Eaglewing woke her up early for the dawn patrol. While they were on the dawn patrol with Whitewing and Lionblaze she noticed how quiet it was. And she asked Eaglewing and she said that "since it is still a little bit dark the animals would be sleeping still". "Okay"! She responded cheerfully. When they got back to the camp Eaglewing told her to fetch new bedding for the elders and clean out the old bedding. While I was doing that I noticed that Baypaw and Finchpaw were not doing anything! Ugh! Why did they not have anything to do and she did. But then she thought. hey! I am helping my clan more than them! So she finished that. And I asked Eaglewing what to do next. She said whatever you want it is a day off. "Okay!" She said again cheerfully.
