Chapter 14 Out Of The Nursery

Silverkit and Sagekit made their way to the outside of the nursery in the back. "This is so cool!'' Silverkit whispered. "Yeah my mom would never let me do this"! Sagekit whispered back. Silverkit and Sagekit made themselves comfortable by scraping moss off the side of the rocky slope. As they settled themselves Sagekit said," Do you know what you want to be, a warrior, medicine cat, leader, deputy, queen"? "Well I really want to have kits when I'm older but I also want to be the deputy". Silverkit responded thoughtfully. Wow what do I want to be? Silverkit thought intently. "Well I know I want to be the leader"! Silverkit announced. "Shh! Be quiet, somebody will hear you"! SIlverkit whispered loudly. "Like Me"? A voice boomed. "AHH!!!!!!" Sagekit and Silverkit screamed loudly now. They scrambled out a little passageway leading to the clearing where they got a good look at the stranger. Silverkit had seen mostly all of the cats when they played KitClan but this cat looked like a bramble that exploded! He (I think) had really dark brown crazy curly hair everywhere and piercing yellow eyes. "My name is Dark and I am here to steal you"! He boomed. At this time Daisy was awake and walked out and screamed. All the sudden before Sagekit and Silverkit knew it the rogue had lifted them by their scruffs and was running them away. Silverkit heard Daisy screaming behind them and was terrified by the sound of it. Then even worse they heard the sound of two scared mothers wailing as they were plunged into darkness. Sagekit was still screaming. I was wailing like a newborn but all because we were terrified out of our minds. All the sudden we were plopped down hard on cold stone. We went utterly silent listening if our kidnapper was still there. "Don't be frightened", the same voice boomed," We are almost there". He said in no other way than very antagonizing and horrific. But it turns out we were almost there. About 5 minutes later we came upon a cave ( all while Sagekit and I were silent stricken). As he carried us into the cave it was surprisingly magical. The cave was twinkling and shining, it looked like a place Starclan should be. And as Silverkit thought that Dark said (in his loud voice), "Welcome to the Cave Of Captured Stars!" Then he said," I have imprisoned the most important StarClan cats here!" Sagekit and Silverkit gasped in frightment. "StarClan... you captured StarClan," Silverkit squeaked breathlessly. "Yes, but not any StarClan cats, I have Windstar, Skystar, ThunderStar, Shadowstar, Riverstar, and Halfmoon!" They gasped again, the most important Starclan cats! How! "There is nothing anybody can do to stop me!" He laughed just as some cat burst in.
