Chapter 15:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Ok, so I was thinking this one for Harold." I say, lifting up my right arm, showing Liam the shirt on the hanger, "Then this one for Zayn." My left arm extends outward to Liam's view.
His eyes scan over the two shirts, flipping back and forth between them. "Hmm." He mumbles, rearranging some jeans, blazers, and shirts over his arms. We were currently at Topman shopping for the boys Christmas gifts, well i was, because Liam thinks it's silly to get them clothes, when they already have so many of them. But I reassured him you can never go wrong with too many clothes.
"I honestly don't know why we're shopping here." Liam mumbles, staring at a clothes rack. I gape my mouth, throwing my arms down to my sides. "Because-" I start, placing the two shirts on Liam's already full arm. "I need to get the boys a little something, and this is all I could think of." I place my hands on my hips, staring up at his glare.
He chuckles, closing his eyes for a moment, then opening them, fixating his stare on mine, "You being here with us, and celebrating Christmas with us is the best gift ever." He gives me a smile, while placing the pile of clothes on my arms. "Cheeky" I laugh, walking over to a rack of Snapbacks, then instantly Niall's face appears in my thoughts.
God I miss him so much.
I sigh, tracing my fingers over the lettering on a couple of the hats, then lingering on one that was green with the Irish flag on the bill, and orange lettering that read "Ireland." I chuckle, thinking back to his Snapback collection that he would always show me, then me getting jealous cause he would never let my wear one.
"Can I wear this, please?" I stare up to Niall, who was busy rearranging the hats on the shelf. He whips his head around, a crooked smile on his face, then his eyes finding the hat in my grip. "No no no." he wines, coming over and taking it away from me, "This ones my favorite." He places it back on the shelf, I let out a loud sigh as he joins me on the floor of his closet. "All of them are your favorite." I mumble, crossing my arms, a pout forming at my lips. He laughs, grabbing me, then pulling me in front of him in between his legs, wrapping them around my waist. "You know how I feel about people wearing them." I let out a short laugh, "It's absolutely rubbish."
He shrugs his shoulders, a smug look on his lips. Something clicked in my mind,and soon enough my hands reach for his barely covered chest, gliding them down his tank top straps, sliding them slightly under them, feeling his hot skin. A sheepishly smile tugs at the corner of my lips, my eyes fluttering seductively. I yank on the straps, sending him into me with force, he has to catch his breath. Our noses were brushing as I look into his crystal blue eyes that were full of life and lust.
Loving the effect i had on him I brought my lips to his ear, "You better wipe that smug look off your face Horan." Then before he could make some rude comment back, I quickly grab the hat that was on his head, jumping off the floor, then placing it on my head. I stop at the closet entry, blowing him a kiss then running out of the room. I run down the hallway, Niall close on my tail. Our laughs and loud feet fill the air, but not until I feel his grip on my waist. I shriek as he turns me around. "I should tell you not to wear my hats more often." He laughs out of breath.
I see his hand come up to the hat on my head, but before he could grab it, I wiggle out of his arms and run to the front door. I open it, the summer breeze drifting in as I look back toward him, "Up for round two Horan?"
His lips form into a side smirk, as he chases after me.
"Hey Claire?" I snap out of my thoughts quickly, bumping into a clothes rack, almost tipping it over.
