Taurel's POV

"Oh really, put your phone on loud speaker." I did and asked Dr Grace to play along. " Well, hello darling?" She said. I heard Jewel swallow hard and cough a little. "Someone got got a twist on her panties."

I laughed as Jewel stammered. Then her girlfriend came to the phone. "I thought you were eating a banana a-hole!" Amani said. "Language young lady!" Dr. Grace said. I heard a soft "sorry ma'am" from her and I couldn't help it but laugh more.

"You better stop laughing or I'll stitch your mouth shut Taurel." I put my hand up saying sorry but laughing a little. "Wait, Shikū, what are you doing at the hospital?" I laughed then said, " I came to visit Dr. Grace. Is that a-"

I was interrupted by Mrs Sam who said, " Do you lie to all your friends? You barely made it alive and-" " Shut up ash hole. No one asked you!" Jewel said, " You are sick. You are the worst bitch! Does your mother even know?"

I rolled my eyes and said, " She lost that right dumb ass. Anyway, when are you coming? I will be discharged in two days... " There was silence then jewel said in one breath, " Wedecidedtosurpriseyouandwearecurrentlyattheairportwaitingforacabtotakeustoyourhouse."

I was shocked. I ended the call abruptly and then called none other than kira." Bitch, your enemy is on the way there. Sorry they also surprised me." They all looked at me and Mrs danny asked, "Is everyone around you connect in some way?" I laughed.

After two calm hours, three mad girls came into my room followed by Mrs Danny. I hugged them all. I asked," what did you break?" They all looked at each other then said," it wasn't me!" I shook my head then said," did you clean it up? " They shook their heads and I looked at my phone. It was almost 3pm. " The kids are about to come home from school. I hear one is hurt by whatever you broke and I'll make your asses blue. Got that? Now! "

They all ran to the door and I heard doctor Grace ask, "What are you doing here?" They all moved back into my room and I had to explain to Dr. Grace what happened. She looked at the three in disappointment and I saw Amani's eyes water. I showed Dr. Grace to go slow on them but I was too late as we heard a whimper from Amani.

Dr. Grace's eyes went wide and then pulled her in an embrace. The poor girl broke down saying how sorry she was. "It's ok darling. Taurel has already forgiven you." I nodded and she said softly, "But you dis-pointed."

Dr.Grace shook her head then said, "what about I give you a cola then we can talk, huh?" They all nodded and they headed out. I was left with Mrs Danielle.

" So, how may I help you?" She looked at me then said," all those things that happened from missing files, your friend moving out, the office laptop breaking to the social services was my wife and I's fault. We were angry after we misunderstood you. Raul was supposed to help us know what you hate and what you lave so we can welcome you to the company officially.

We do that if an assistant stays more than three months. We are sorry. " I looked at her emotionless. This fuckers tried to ruin my life due to something stupid?! I rolled my eyes and pressed the emergency button.

Dr. Grace came in and I asked if she'd ask her daughter to leave." Well I guess you have come clean? " I looked at her then asked," You knew? And you didn't say anything? When?"

She looked at me then said, "The following day after said those words at the party." I looked at the girls and they looked guilty. I asked, " When?" Kira told me how Mrs Danielle came to apologize after I was admitted and kira told the girl. Now I knew why they were here. I smiled bitterly then said, "I think you should all leave. Thanks for checking on me."

I turned and then I fell asleep. The discharge papers came and I signed them. I had asked this girl from work to help me. I filled her in on everything and she took me home. I found everyone there and I said hello to everyone since my kids were there.

I went to my room and asked the girl, Mary to help me find an apartment and not to tell anyone.  Luckily there was a house on sale next to her house. I called the number and purchase the house.

The following few days were going there to refurnish the house. I bought all furnitures from scratch. I did grocery shopping and paid a the bills for the next three months. I was happy now that everything was ready. It was Saturday morning when I called the kids down. All our suitcase were ready and near the door.

Kira, Amani and jewel were sitting on the sofa all quiet. They didn't see the suitcases yet. I took then the the second hand car I bought and then went into the living room to talk to them.

I gave jewel the house papers back with a few more thousands for the things she helped us with to come to the country. I then paid kira for all the extra hours I stayed late at work and then said farewell. Amani hugged me and I wished her the best.

The kids said bye and we left. Andy asked as we went into our new house, "Mommy, why did we leave the other house?" I looked at the girls then said, "Do you remember when Lia borrowed your gloves until I bought her new ones? That's what auntie jewel had done. She let me borrow her house for a while until I had mine."

They nodded and went into their rooms. I went into my room and started looking for a new job. As I was sending my resumes everywhere, I got an email. It was from delpart corporate. It was a threat that if I don't get back to work I'll be sued for not following the contract. Ofcause the contract. I had to give notice two months prior if I wanted to resign.

That evening Mary told me that the company opened a daycare for the company employee's kids. Well, I think I'll take up the offer. It not every company that pays ten thousand a month and has free daycare.
