Bud Flood approached the house in which the star of his favorite show once lived. He had a banquet of roses ready to be set down in front of a small memorial that was assembled, with small items of tokens, memoriabilia, it was a small growing one that wasn't quite big. He remembered being a small puppy, being amused, pitying the foes, and admiring the Liquidator all at once, he could change the environment with a simple deposit into water and control it. Water was a precious thing in life, prized, even. There was a few other fans around his age in attendance.
It was a very solemn occasion. He withdrew from the memorial then gazed up as he smelled something coming from the house, smoke, fire, and the sound of flames. His eyes widened in horror observing the house being engulfed as he stared there in horror, observing a familiar shape, standing out among the flames with a rope that was dangling, on fire, then cut and fell in front of the apartment. He stepped back, startled, then heard an evil laugh from across from him that sounded quite unsettling as he turned toward the source of it. There was a stranger with a fedora, holding a lighter, with a can of gasoline beside him. The others gasped in horror at the burning apartment.
"Want to melt some marshmellows?"
"My God! You sound like you need a twofer deal for a trip to the bahamas!" A salesman in heart, hints of the Liquidator inspiring him, he took out a ticket as he approached the potential customer. "Free eleven day trip aboard a cruise ship!"
Negaduck knocked the ticket out of Bud's hand.
"I don't need a vacation." Negaduck said as Bud stepped back. "What I need is something far more satisfying."
"List it and capitalism will deliver!" Bud did an air punch.
"Killing Darkwing Duck." Negaduck said.
Oh, capitalism could not provide for that, there was not any Darkwing Duck video games, but capitalisim could provide for other things.
"Need a check up?" Bud began to offer. "I have a friend who's a psychologist who works for the St Canard Penitentiary, free hour, free listening ear, free labor, works great when it comes to children and family counseling!"
"You want to know what I really need?" Negaduck asked.
"Sure do!" Bud exclaimed.
Negaduck took out a big bomb with a single flame.
"For you to hold this, sucker." Negaduck said as he smiled.
Bud stared down at the old fashioned bomb.
"Free premium streaming at your service!" Bud advertised. "With no ads!"
Bud tossed it back into the hands of Negaduck, tossing it back and forth, until it blew up in Negaduck's face. and he took out a red chainsaw.
"Time to meet your maker, solicitor!" Negaduck said.
Bud froze in place, momentarily, then began to step back as the smaller duck approached him with the chainsaw as the other fans turned around and spotted the unusual sight.
"I am the terror that flaps in the night!"
In a puff of purple smoke appeared a familiar silhouette across from the crowd.
"I am the parody that is closer to source material that has every episode a mini-movie which gives your fans a seven course lasting meal."
the clouds parted revealing a familiar outfit, nice and fresh, donned by a short new duck who sounded like the actor.
"I am Darkwiiiiiiiiinnng Duck!" then he pointed toward Negaduck. "And you must be the fiend known as Negaduck!"
Negaduck charged then Darkwing Duck flipped, yanked the chainsaw out of his hands, then kicked down Negaduck.
"Run!" Darkwing Duck shouted.
Bud staggered back as the rest of the fans fled then he followed and ran as fire trucks sped on distantly. Darkwing Duck loomed over the figure then turned toward the house on fire then dropped the chainsaw, raised his blaster in the air. Distantly, Bud halted in the distance then watched the duck fly off into the dark clouds and his silhouette landing on to the beak aboard an unidentified vessel.
Bud gasped, in surprise, his mouth falling open, then smiled, as the firetrucks arrived at the scene.
The Thunderquack flew off into the distance unseen by the firefighters.
