The Courtship

Lord Andrew Charles Howard sets out to do what he promises his father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and he starts to see Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell out at Madame's Boarding House out in Bedford Territory in the presence of Madame Valois.

Lord Richard William Carey doesn't like the fact that his second cousin is courting Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and neither does Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley.  Both are furious at Lord Andrew Charles Howard.

They both know that Lord Andrew Charles inspires to become the fifth Duke of Norfolk Territory and he only needs one thing to get to the Dukedom and that is a legitimate male line great-grandchild of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior and both his brother's have failed to produce the much need male-line heir.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior is about to realize that what Lord Patrick William Howard is about to destroyed by Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell when she gives birth to  his first male line great-granddaughter, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and it is her right to inherit the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory since Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior didn't care what his first male line great-grandchild was going to be.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard doesn't realize the whole  male line dominance system will change when Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell becomes Duchess of Norfolk Territory when she marries Lord Andrew Charles Howard and they will no longer live at Norfolk Estate.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard conducts himself like a gentleman when he is present under the watchful eye of Madame Valois who reports his conduct to both his father and second cousin.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard has never been in love before and Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell will be his first and last love, but Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell has loved and she has lost her first love, Roy L Mock on Planet Earth in 2270.

Not even Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley knows about her lost love and neither does Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard travels to Madame Boarding House to visit Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and when he arrives he bows to Madame Valois and he says " Good Morning Madame Valois. I am here to see Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell." 

"Good Day, Lord Howard. You will find Mademoiselle Karissa out in the garden." Madame   Valois tells Lord Andrew Charles and "Just follow the path and it will take you to the garden." 

Lord Andrew Charles Howard follows the path to the garden and he walks in and he calls out " Karissa. It is Lord Andrew Charles Howard." 

Karissa turns around and she sees Lord Andrew Charles Howard and she replies, "What brings you from Norfolk Territory to Bedford Territory, Lord Andrew Charles Howard?" 

"You do of course, Karissa. I have my own carriage. " Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"Why shouldn't I be surprised. I guess each of your family has a carriage." Karissa asks.

"No. My father and mother share one.  My two brothers and their wives share one and I have my own carriage." Lord Andrew Charles tells Karissa.

"I heard you had two brothers and they have been married for how many years now and no children." Karissa asks.

"Lord Charles Andrew Howard III was married off when I was six months old and Lord Patrick William Howard II was married off when I wasn't quite seven years old." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"How do you know that your two brothers are infertile?" Karissa asks.

"Lord David William Beck, our first cousin once removed told my father is there is nothing wrong with my two older brothers or their wives." Lord Andrew Charles explains.
