chapter 3

The next day Nat went back to Kates place to teach her a few things shes learned from the Red Room.

"Hey Kate imma take you somewhere and im gonna train you. You said you do archery and martial arts? Well I have someone that could help with archery and I got the rest so LETS GO!" Nat yelled as soon as she got into Kates room. "Mmm Nat its like 8 in the morning. Give me a second will ya." Kate said tiredly. Nat just kinda snickered and grabbed some clothes that are good to train in.

Kate eventually got up and made them both coffee after she got dressed. Natasha took Kate to the Avengers tower to help her get fit and train some more.

"Ok Kate we are going to run 3 miles and we are going to improve your hand to hand combat and use the rest of the 20 minutes to help with your accuracy with bows and guns." Nat told Kate. Kate just looked at her and nodded.

After the training Natasha took Kate up to her room and let her use the shower and gave Kate some of her clothes to wear. Nat gave Kate an old hoodie and some grey sweatpants. Kate walked out if the bathroom to let Nat use the shower. Kate laid on the bed and looked at social media to see whats been going on. Nat walked out of the bathroom after 15 minutes of being in there. "That was kinda quick." Kate said, "Yea its because I wash up and not just stand in there and zone out." Nat raised an eyebrow and looked at Kate knowingly, "Hey listen I don't mean too it just happens." Nat just laughed and asked for Kates phone. Kate gave it to her and Nat did something, "If you need me text me and ill text to tell you when and where we are training that morning so its out of the way." Nat gave the phone back. "Thanks Nat but I think ill get going." Kate starts walking out the door when Nat asked if she wanted breakfast rule quick. "Yea that would be great. Thanks Nat."

After breakfast Kate went home to do some home stuff. Kate was looking into getting her own house. She has her own card and money.

A few weeks later
Kate and Nat have been training everyday at 8 in the morning and didn't end till around 10. Kate has shown great improvement since her first time there. Kate has friended all of the guys and girls in the Avengers and got along great with them. But the one she got along most with is Clint Barton. Clint is like another dad after her dad died sadly after the alien invasion thing that happened awhile ago. Nat helped her with getting into her own house and found one not that far away. So she got to the compound faster so they had more time to train. After a month of training Kate got really good. She learned really quick and could do really good hand to hand combat.

So when the Avengers had a little disagreement and the government took Starks side Natasha went away to Norway and Kate went with her so they can train still and because Kates mom is being an asshole right now. Kate loves spending time with the Avengers more than she does with her own family. But also Kate thinks of the Avengers especially Natasha and Clint as family. Kate and Nat were driving to get to their hideout. They finally arrived in what took forever it seems. Nat walked in first, gun out waiting for something when she catches her contractor in her bed taking a nap, "Wake up, your in our bed." The contractor woke up and they started talking about Natashas identity and how to keep it off of the government stuff.

After a bit of tv and some snacks later the power goes out and Natasha is walking outside to see what is going on. She sees the generator ran out of fuel and goes to see if they have more and of course they don't. She grabs Kate and leaves to get more fuel and to get rid of this mail. She was driving down the road and turning onto a bridge when something explodes making her car fly to the edge of the bridge.

Natasha asks if Kate is ok and Kate replies with a low "mhmm" Natasha sighs in relief and looks outside to see someone walking over to her car. She hurries and grabs Kate by the arm and makes her way to the back of the car and grabs her gun and starts shooting at the unknown person. Kate is the first to get out and then Natasha. Natasha is the first to start fighting the unknown person. Kate starts helping Natasha. Kate was about to intervene when the unknown person doesn't come after Natasha anymore and goes to the suitcase that was in the mail. "Your not after us." Natasha said. She goes in for a surprise attack but the person dodges her kick and sends her flying but Natasha. has a backup. She grabs one of her tools and hits the persons ankle and the top of the bridge. The person then is being taken and brought to the top of the bridge. "KATE GET THE SUITCASE!" Natasha yells, Kate runs to the suitcase and grabs it she hears Natasha say something but she couldn't hear her. Till she is thrown off the bridge into the water with Natasha.

They swim to shore and look what was in the suitcase.

"Oh shit"
