Hey Shorty!

I hope things are well and that you're taking care of those kids I sent to you. How are things? I hope you're happy with that burnt asshole. Of course, these are retorical questions because there is no return address.

I've been traveling low key. Call me Keigo the nomad! Or something coller than that because that was stupid.

Hope to see you soon.

Love

Your bestest best buddy

You smiled at the letter in your hand. 'His grammar and spelling are terrible,' you chuckled at the thought and tossed the letter into the fireplace. Dabi and Eri walked into the room.

"_____!" Eri exclaimed.

"Yes?" You said, kneeling to her height.

"Dabi picked flowers for you!" She exclaimed.

"You little snitch," Dabi said.

"How sweet," you said with a smile.

"Yup!" She chirped. "When you and Dabi get married, will that make him my dad?"

Yours and Dabi's eyes widened.

"You... you think I'm your mom?" You said.

Eri smiled. "You're the best mom! You cook for me and play games with me. You teach me how to fight! You care about me more than anyone! Just like a mom."

You squeezed your eyes shut, to prevent yourself from crying, and pulled Eri into a hug. "I love you," you said. "Just like my own daughter."

Eri hugged you back. You looked over her shoulder at Dabi. For the first time since you've met him, you couldn't read his expression. His eyes were wide, he was obviously taken aback by the moment, but there was something more, and you just couldn't put your finger on it.

You were walking down the hall, after putting Eri to bed, when Dabi pinned you against the wall. His black hair covered his eyes.

"Something wrong, Dabi?" You said.

"I wanna be a dad," he muttered in a low voice as if he was unsure of his words. "I want a family with you. More little rugrats running around with Eri and Maneki."

"Well, Eri would be quite older than any kids we have in the future."

"Why wait?" Dabi said, putting his hands on your waist. "We can," he muttered, kissing your jawline. "Start trying right now."

"I don't think that's-" You stuttered.

"Appropriate?" Dabi said. "You're my fiancee. Of course, it's appropriate."

"W-We're not even married yet," you rambled. "We've only kissed twice!"

Dabi laughed. "If you're not ready, you can just say that."

"You're a jerk," you grumbled.

"You're cute," he said.

You covered your cheeks with your hands. "Thanks," you stuttered.

"On a more serious note," Dabi said, trailing his finger along your thigh. "When are you gonna be moving your stuff into my room."

"I-I'm supposed to be doing that?" You stuttered.

"Yup," he said, popping the 'p'.

"Oh, uh," you muttered.

"Right now it is," he said with a grin. "It'll be easy with that quirk of yours."

"I don't think that's a good idea."

_____________

"Don't touch that!" You exclaimed, snatching your hand scythes from Dabi's hand.

"So, that's what you use? Pretty badass," he said.

"No, it's not," you said. "Some of these are laced with poison! Don't touch them, ever."

"Poison?" Dabi said. "That's kinda hot."

"No, it's not! Weirdo," you said.
