*Eight months later*

Mollie's POV

"Come on Zach please?" I begged my boyfriend. He smiled holding the remote above his head. Damn him and his height!

"Sponge Bob is boring! Let's watch Walking Dead!" I mumbled about the stupidity of the show and how zombies don't exist and he retaliated by reminding me that Sponge Bob is a cartoon and is even more unrealistic than Walking Dead. I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at him.

I have been dating Zach for two months now.

Flashback

Six months. It has been six months since Niall. I still keep in contact with the boys. They are some of my best friends and I would never stop talking to them just because of Niall. I sighed looking at the magazine in my hands. Niall and some blonde bimbo. I glared at the picture. I shouldn't care I mean I AM the one who broke up with him! But then again he IS the one who broke my heart. I was torn half of me blaming myself, the other half hating him. Jealously rose in my chest as I saw Niall locking lips with some stupid American model. What made it worse was that she was pretty. Actually she was gorgeous! Why am I not good enough?

Suddenly I ran into a person. My magazine flew up in the air and coffee came raining down on me.

"Oh my God I am SO sorry!" a Canadian accent said.

I looked up to see Zach. I remember Zach, he told me he liked in high school me but it was only a game to him. I glared at him a memory of Niall starring him down at my graduation came into my mind and I mentally slapped myself for thinking about him AGAIN!

"Zach, what are you doing here?" I asked picking up my now coffee soaked magazine.

"I moved here with my brother." he said picking up the now empty cup and throwing it in the nearest trash can.

"Oh, well nice seeing you." I said starting to walk away.

"Mollie, wait!" I turned around to him running after me. "Listen I am really sorry about what I did to you! It was immature and mean. I have changed a lot since high school. I'm not the asshole player I used to be! And I know you have a boyfriend i was just wondering-"

"I don't have a boyfriend." I said cutting him off.

"You don't?" he asked his eyes lighting up. I shook my head and he smiled "Then would you like to go out for coffee sometime?"

"Will you spill it on me again?" I laughed.

"No, I promise!" he winked.

"Sure, here is my number." I smiled as I typed it into his phone and skipped home. I can't wait to tell Kat! I haven't even looked at a guy let alone been on a date since Niall! She will be so happy!

End flashback

Kat wasn't thrilled that it was Zach but she was happy I was getting back on the horse. She has warmed up to him but I can tell she is a little sceptical. I closed my eyes and fell asleep on Zach's couch. When i woke up he was watching another episode of... yup you guessed it Walking Dead. He is almost as obsessed with it as I am with Sponge Bob... almost.

"Babe I gotta go see Kat and the boys, I will talk to you later!" I smiled kissing his cheek but he was too engrossed in his show and just waved his hand to show that he heard. Zach is... well he is Zach. He can be the sweetest person in the world making me candle light dinners or talking walks on the beach (clique I know but I love it!) but he can also be a giant asshole from ignoring me to flirting with hot girls at the movies.
