Marin was still asleep the following day. By now, she was lying on Mr. Nimbus' chest. He was awake and looking through her photos in the camera. He was in awe of her work. Mr. Nimbus came to the first taken photo, as he had started from the last to first; the photo was of Marin and Rick at the Aquarium at a restaurant. Rick was looking happy, but Marin was faking a smile. For some reason, Mr. Nimbus started to feel weird. It was a type of anger he had never felt before. It was jealousy.

"Gruesome photo with HIM in it," Nimbus whispered to himself as he deleted the photo.

Mr. Nimbus lifted the camera to fully view him and Marin in their lovely position and took the photo.

The camera click woke Marin up. She slowly opened her eyes and noticed that she was on his chest.

"That wasn't a dream..." Marin blushed.

"No, my darling, a dream come true, perhaps?" Mr. Nimbus said.

"I'm not dead either," Marin said.

She looked up at him.

"You saved me," Marin said softly.

Mr. Nimbus taking her home touched her more than he knew.

"So, will you tell me why you are so sad?" Mr. Nimbus asked as he stroked her hair.

"Well, I had been depressed for over a decade. The thoughts of killing myself always crossed my mind. Every time, I would end up near the ocean to feel better. It brings me joy," Marin said, "but I have grown more depressed recently. Yesterday was my breaking point. I was supposed to go on a romantic date with my boyfriend. I was going to show him what made me happy. But instead, he broke my heart. He confessed to being disloyal, cheating on me for months. Last night, I was going to take things to the next level with him."

"Why choose him for such?" Mr. Nimbus asked slightly defensively.

"I felt I needed to; he would ask about it. Even nag me," Marin rubbed her arm, looking down.

"He nagged you for intercourse?" Mr. Nimbus asked.

"Yes, and I wasn't ready quite yet. But when I finally was, I planned out an entire date so everything would be perfect," Marin said, "his name is Rick Sanchez. We met at the CBD store I bought my medication from."

"Rick Sanchez," Mr. Nimbus scowled in dislike.

"You know him? Are you a friend of his?" Marin asked.

"We are enemies, actually," Mr. Nimbus said, "to have plucked his wilting flower after he threw you aside; I claim a victory in such acts we did."

Marin giggled, "I am glad you took my flower instead of him. You are more of a man than he is."

"You know how to make me blush," Mr. Nimbus grinned at her.

"I may have an idea to get under his skin for you," Marin said.

"I have an intuition that I know what you're thinking, and I am for the idea," Mr. Nimbus said, "the idea will benefit both of us."

"So we will fuck around with Rick by fucking around," Marin asked.

"Yes, it is a deal," Mr. Nimbus kissed her hand softly.

Marin blushed and giggled.

"You wanna go for round two and then get cleaned up?" Mr. Nimbus smirked flirtatiously.

Marin climbed on top of him and began their make-out session.

Meanwhile, at the Smith house, Rick walked through the kitchen to get a glass of orange juice, and Beth Smith was sipping coffee while looking at her phone. He was in his robe.
