You would think that after all this time Y/n had been living in the manor she would know her way around.
No.
No, she did not know her way around.
Currently she was lost somewhere in the manor and all the hallways were making her head spin. But that was her plan. To get lost in the manor because she had nothing else to do. Of course, she could have used magic to guide her back to the main living room, but she also wanted the opportunity to explore.
By now she had gone through 4 different secret passageways, found a ball room, a indoor swimming pool which she planned on swimming in eventually, and a gym.
"Ukht?"
At the familiar call, Y/n turned around with a relieved smile. "Damian!"
Damian went to her sister with a questioning look.
"I- uh, got lost." Y/n admitted sheepishly, causing Damian to huff in amusement before taking her hand and guiding her to the batcave.
"Come spar with me."
Y/n looked at her brother wide-eyed, "Damian you know I can't-"
"I'll teach you some basic martial arts skills so when you don't have magic you aren't completely defenseless." Damian told her. It was clear to both of them that Damian still had his mind on when she was kidnapped, and this was his way of making sure it would never happen again. To show that he cared without directly telling her.
Stepping into the batcave, Damian tested Y/n on her reaction skills, taught her some moves and how to analyze an opponent. They continued training together until an alarm came from Y/n's phone. Y/n stopped and tried to catch her breath, "T-that's my cue- *huff* to feed everyone. Want to come with?"
Damian nodded, before quickly pulling her into one of the secret passageways Y/n had discovered earlier. Staring at the back of Damian's head, Y/n questioned him. "What are you planning?"
Damian smirked, "Today's my day." and that was all he said in explanation to her.
"Your day?" Y/n mumbled to herself before widening her eyes in realization and grinning. "Is that why I haven't seen anyone else all day?"
