Quick author note before I start this chapter! You don't have to read this, but you can!
Hi! First of all, thank you for sticking around so long even though I don't update very much. I often write when I have bursts of inspiration, and lately I haven't had any for this book, although I love it so much!
It's mainly because I've found other things other than writing that I love doing, and I haven't found the time to just sit down and write.
So, onto my biggest problem: continuing this book and the making of future books.
I am really big on not discontinuing books. I at least give it an ending, even if the ending comes really quickly. With that in mind, I may be finishing this book soon, who knows. All I know is that I don't want to leave it discontinued. I've read too many discontinued books and I don't want any other readers to experience the same pain I did when a book I was invested in (if you are invested in this book, thank you) becomes discontinued.
For those who requested from me, at most I'll probably turn your request into a one shot or a very short story with up to 5 chapters, maybe more if I feel inspired.
Once again, thank you for being so patient with me. I hope all of you are having a wonderful summer.
"Hey Tim?" Y/n wandered into the living room, spotting her brother lounging on the couch with Jason.
"Yeah?"
"Is Damian back from the Titans? He's bringing back my Qilin- what are you two watching?" Y/n doubletaked as she looked at the dancing people on the tv.
"Uh..." Tim hesitated before Jason shrugged, throwing popcorn into his mouth nonchalantly, "The Next Step. Oh, and Dami will be back at..." Jason glanced at his phone quickly, "7, so an hour from now."
Y/n nodded, a bit distracted from the tv show. "...you know, I'd kinda expect Dick to be watching this, not you two."
Jason snorted, "Oh, Dick hates this show."
Both Tim and Y/n quickly turned their heads to the calm male. "Really!?"
Jason clicked pause on the remote before turning his attention to his siblings who stared at him with disbelief. "Yeah, uh- he was part of this dance thing in high school, and they were recreating this duet dance from The Next Step. Dick was- pbft- he was so upset because he was partnered with a girl who had this massive crush on him. She turned it into this whole thing and what's worse was on the day of the performance, she actually managed to kiss him, even though it wasn't in the choreo. So now, The Next Step is like a big TV show curse to him."
