Furezes Especiales Operator: "Los narcos del cartel no tienen vergüenza. Están traficando aquí ya que no es donde la policía lo esperaría. Sin embargo, la policía es tan corrupta como el ejército." His eyes then catch something, a grey van where 2 men are seen speaking to what looks to be a man wearing a hoodie and has a tattoo on his neck with the letters: 'L A C' on it. He then speaks into his earpiece as he keeps an eye on them.
