Fuerzes Especiales Operator: "¿Estás en posición, Miguel?"
Miguel: "Sí."
In the city of Ciudad Juarez, the church's bell tolls as a prayer there begins. At the rooftop, Mexican Special Forces operator, Miguel Martinez is at the rooftop using binoculars, overseeing the city with an earpiece in his left ear.
Miguel Martinez
Miguel: "Hasta ahora la vida aquí va normal, Fernando. ¿Por qué el cartel trataría fuera de una iglesia?"
(So far life here's going normal, Fernando. Why would the cartel deal outside of a church?)Furezes Especiales Operator: "Los narcos del cartel no tienen vergüenza. Están traficando aquí ya que no es donde la policía lo esperaría. Sin embargo, la policía es tan corrupta como el ejército."
(Cartel narcos have no shame. They're dealing out here since it's not where the police would expect it. However, cops are just as corrupt as the army.)Miguel: "Mierda... Te avisaré si tengo una imagen, Ferny. ¿Dónde están Vargas y Rudy?"
(Fuck... I'll let you know if I have a visual, Ferny. Where's Vargas and Rudy?)Fernando: "Ocupado. Concéntrate."
(Busy. Focus up.)Miguel: "Copiar. ¿Está Diego en posición?"
(Copy. Is Diego in position?)Fernando: "Afirmativo. Ahora concéntrate, mira por las esquinas, Miguel."
(Affirmative. Affirmative. Now focus up, look around the corners, Miguel.)Miguel: "Ok."
He looks down by the church's grounds and spots only a few civilians, a man wearing a cap with the US flag on it, loitering by the sacred house of God while he smokes a cigarette.
Miguel: "Pinche animal..."
(Fucking animal...)His eyes then catch something, a grey van where 2 men are seen speaking to what looks to be a man wearing a hoodie and has a tattoo on his neck with the letters: 'L A C' on it. He then speaks into his earpiece as he keeps an eye on them.
