Mordred's Lullaby

🧮Isn't Kaecilius Fun Dormammu?!

"Stephen!?!"  Mordred says as she walks into the New York Sanctum just as a man with hazel eyes that seemed to be covered with purple amethyst crystals turns and faces her as he pulls his clear sword out of Daniel the protector of the Sanctum's stomach and she rushes towards Daniel and checks on him the man watches her with a raised eyebrow as Stephen asks with a soft surprised tone that held a hint of worry "Mordred what are you doing here!?!"  Mordred replies "passing by"  Daniel groans with a pained tone "liar!"  she looks down at the dying black man and says with a playful tone "so you have been paying attention!"  Daniel looks at her as she continues "if only you were a little faster you wouldn't be in this predicament"  the man with amethyst crystal covered hazel eyes chuckles Daniel shakes his head with a half smile "oh hello"  she says looking at the crystalized hazel eyes as though she just realized he was there and he bows slightly in reply she looks up at her brother and asks "does Christine know about this!?!"  the man who bowed at her laughs Stephen shakes his head with a corner smile "by the way he's a doctor he hates being called mister.... yes I know Strange isn't it!?!"  she tells the man she stands beside who nods with a smile Stephen chuckles then both men watch as she walks Daniel away from the "fun" and over to the couch by the wall "if you're going to die dear boy you're going to do it in a more comfortable place Vin will take care of them.... the best he can he is new to it after all!"  she says to Daniel in a low soft voice as they walk "besides you can't beat the view from that window.... not in this city anyway!"  she says as she lays him down gently and he chuckles as they were talking a fight starts between Stephen and the amethyst crystal hazel eyed man and his Zealots Mordred stays with Daniel till he breathes his last breath then she heads off to find her brother and helps him fight as best she can she fights the "minions" while Stephen fights the "big boss man" she fights near her favorite part of the building the portal doors that lead to almost anywhere and ends up sending two of them through them then changing the scenery so they couldn't return Stephen noticed that the man he was fighting who he knows is called/named Kaecilius kept watching his sister as they fought not with love in his eyes but interest like he was intrigued by her then again she did walk right into danger and didn't react to it as most people would he moves him away from his sister as they fight and up to a different room where the fight continues and he gets help from a floating cloak as soon as he crashes into it's glass case.... "a neurosurgeon.... finally free I see!"  Mordred says as she climbs up the stairs answering Kaecilius question/statement the cloak that has now made itself at home on Stephen's shoulders reaches out and hugs her "and you are!?!"  Kaecilius asks as he looks past Stephen and into her eyes "his twin sister and not a doctor!"  she replies he smiles at her "what are you doing here!?!"  Stephen asks "I heard glass break and wanted to make sure the cloak was ok"  Mordred replies Kaecilius chuckles Stephen raises a eyebrow at her "don't look at me like that!"  she says Kaecilius laughs "alright, alright I'll go.... you two take care of one another"  she says the cloak hugs her one more time and she hugs her brother then whispers into his ear "I was talking to you and the cloak not you and amethyst covered eyes"  he chuckles then watches as she walks back down the stairs and hopefully out the door.... a few minutes later Mordred feels the world shift as her brother enters the Mirror Dimension and Kaecilius starts to mess with it to get to him and Mordo and she feels every shift Kaecilius makes within it with his magic so she finds a place to sit down as her body becomes dizzy from the affect "it would be nice if this would end now!"  she says as she grips her head she hears the sound of glass breaking once again and rushes towards it she sees a familiar yet brighter than she's used to yellow robe laying on the ground and pulls her phone out of her pocket then calls 911 as she kneels down beside the robe and places her hand on the occupants back as gently as she could once the operator answers she gives her name, the address she's at and tells the woman on the other end what she needs just as her brother rushes over to where they are "this yellow canary a friend of yours Vin?!"  Mordred asks "something like that!"  Stephen replies with a chuckle in his tone "a ambulance is on its way I'd drive but I'm really dizzy for some odd reason"  she tells him he looks at her oddly "did you make the world shift or your boyfriend with the crystalized eyes?!"  she asks his eyes widen and he asks "you felt that!?! and he is not my boyfriend!"  she replies "I'm sure Christine will be happy to hear that and we are twins, you know what they say about twins!"  he smiles just then they hear the sound of sirens and Stephen sighs in relief "I'm going to leave her to you I need to....!"  Mordred says he nods then gently hugs her and whispers into her ear "thank you!"  she replies "well spectators will spectate.... and probably video post it on YouTube not use their heads so somebody had to be the smart one!"  he chuckles then watches as she stands up and walks away.... "Vin"  Stephen hears Mordred say softly just as Christine walks away from him he turns and sees his sister wearing the Cloak of Levitation and he chuckles "I wanted to try it.... him on just once"  she says with a shrug he laughs then watches as the cloak moves from one Strange to the other then his sister walks over to him and gives him a hug then whispers "you two be careful!"  she kisses his forehead then the collar of the cloak and walks away and he smiles at her departing figure as the cloak seems to become bashful from the kiss and he chuckles then walks towards the broom closet.... where there are no security cameras.... and creates a portal to his next destination.... when Stephen "bargained" with Dormammu Mordred was far enough away that she didn't feel each time Dormammu killed him and he brought himself back to life with the Time Stone but she finally stopped feeling dizzy which was nice.... when Stephen returns to the New York Sanctum he was happy to see his sister who rushes over and gives him and the Cloak of Levitation a hug "it's about time you looked your age!"  Mordred teases as she slides her fingers through the grey streaks of hair that now lay above his ears he looks at her oddly she nods her head towards a mirror and he looks at it then sees the streaks and he chuckles "here I made you something"  she says as she hands him a pocket watch that looks like the Eye of Agamotto he chuckles as he opens it and finds out what it is "just in case you miss your new bling!"  she teases he laughs "I see you put your old bling back on"  she says when she sees the watch Christine gave him was now on his wrist "yes"  he replies with a smile "the shaking will stop when you Will it to stop for I believe that is all in your head.... perhaps you believe you're not ready but you are"  she tells him as she slides her fingers over the scars on his hand he smiles then says "not quite but hopefully soon"  then he hugs her to his side and they look out the widow together....
