As Long As I Have You I Can Do Anything!

"Robert"  Bruce hears Mordred say softly and he turns his attention back to the people at the table biting his lip softly at the sound of her sensually soft nectarous voice then he says "right the whole time travel do-over? guys, it's outside my area of expertise"  Natasha replies "well, you pulled this off I remember a time when that seemed pretty impossible time, too"  Mordred looks into Bruce's eyes then says "it's worth a try right?! I mean if it's for the reason I think it is.... I know it's a lot but....!"  he looks deeply into her eyes and softly replies "as long as I have you I can do anything!"  she says "you didn't seem so sure a second ago and who knows maybe Anthony.... who I'm sure was their first choice of the "go to guy" to begin with might "fly in" and help YOU this time after all it's probably now stuck in his mind and he won't be able to get it out till he solves it"  he chuckles then says as he looks at Steve "why not?! just.... give me a day to think things over"  Steve nods.... Bruce and Mordred once again end up living at the Avengers Facility as Bruce worked on perfecting the time machine he was attempting to create and as she predicted Tony came by and helped him after his first test run somewhat failed when the team goes to get the stones Mordred offers to go "what!?! my brother wasn't a "Master of the Mystical Arts" back then he was just a neurosurgeon in the middle of preforming a surgery you'll have to deal with the canary and I have a few choice words I'd like to say to her!"  she tells Bruce who nods and allows her to go as long as he can go with her to protect her from whatever dangers may come "are you sure there's enough?!"  she asks "yes"  he replies "even with the airhead Scott in on the team?!"  she asks with a smile "yes!"  he replies with a smile she nods.... Bruce finds out what those "few choice word" were when he goes with Mordred to the Sanctum where a bald woman in a gold-orange robe was fending off a attack with her magic on the roof of it "hello Canary"  Mordred says as she walks over to her the woman turns and looks at her strangely "you know I always wondered why my father hated me, why he tried almost everything he could think of to get rid of me I even wondered why I was even born after all I wasn't supposed to be was I!?!"  Mordred asks and the woman becomes even more confused "my father used the fact that my sister fell out of a tree to "put me away" so he wouldn't have to be reminded of the "mistake" the "unwanted".... I'm sorry let me rephrase that the "unscheduled" one!.... after all there can be only one Sorcerer Supreme right!?!"  Mordred says the women's eyes widen as Mordred continues "my brother did what he thought was best, no I wasn't there when he did whatever he did but I know my brother better than anyone in the world and not JUST because I'm his twin and we're here to "clean up" part of your mistake, after all no one takes my brother away from me with out a damn good excuse and some warlords airheaded ego is not a good enough excuse!.... not in my mind anyway so we WILL be "borrowing" the Time Stone whether you like it or not yes I know the consequences, no I don't care all I want is my brother back! we've lost enough because of you people and I won't allow us to lose anymore!"  the woman says with a soft surprised tone "you're the twin!"  Mordred replies as she shows off a mark she has on her back shoulder blade "a once in a millennium Earthbound Valkyrie"  Bruce's eyes widen in shock "my father, brothers and sister thought it was a birthmark my mother knew better but since my father hated me she wished it was my sister instead"  Mordred explains "why do you need the stone?!"  the woman asks "cause it's pretty!?!"  Mordred replies sarcastically the woman fakes a soft chuckle "you know I disliked my father but I hated you! you and your kind destroyed my family all so you could have my brother for yourselves!.... and you say he's selfish!"  Mordred tells her "what does that have to do with the stone!?!"  the woman asks "nothing but I thought you should know anyway.... I thought you were supposed to be smart!"  Mordred replies the woman smiles "and just so you know he IS the best of you! but you never look at the good but the so called bad that people do you see mistakes instead of....!"  Mordred says "he gave it to Thanos!?!"  the woman asks "like I said my brother did what he thought was best Thanos stole half the world but that doesn't mean it's the end of it, we know the rules but as they say rules were made to be broken and my brother has been facing the consequences of being one of you long before he ever became one and he'll continue doing it for as long as the price is worth paying!.... if he didn't believe that there would be someone "left over" who could make it all right again I doubt he would have done it the way he did he's a doctor not a mad scientist!.... though there are many who may disagree with that statement"  Mordred replies the woman chuckles as Mordred continues "he's lost so much is it a wonder all he wants to do is save what he has left even if it was never truly his?!"  she pauses then says "it's been five years people are already suffering it isn't going to be any easier for those coming back after five years have gone by but ask yourself is it worth trying or should we give up too?!.... there's one thing I can tell you I am the last of his family there's no way he'd allow me to die not if he has the power to stop it!.... we don't plan on keeping it I know for damn sure I don't want that power! and many of us much like myself just want the people we know and love back the Avengers were made to save the world not take it over they're not Thanos!.... Fury's a bit more selective than that!"  the woman smiles then opens the Eye of Agamotto and hands Mordred the stone "this doesn't make up for what you did to us and I don't want your apology"  Mordred tells her "I know!"  the woman softly replies Mordred turns and walks away Bruce follows her....

When everyone returns Mordred sees that Natasha is gone she rushes over to Clint and hugs him massaging his scalp by running the tips of her fingers through his mohawk which to his surprise calms him "what!?! I like the way it feels! and no I have no plans on doing it to myself especially the tattoos!"  Mordred says as she looks over at Bruce who was watching her Clint chuckles she looks into his eyes and says softly "whatever happened it wasn't your fault"  and he hugs her tightly hiding his head in her shoulder and that's when everyone else realized that they're missing one and as everyone was mourning the loss of the redhead Mordred heads to the Sanctum
