How Finney and Robin Met

This is all An AU btw. This isn't really how they met I just took parts of the movie and added them in here. So yeah, don't know how they actually met

Chapter 1 - How Finney and Robin Met

Context - This starts near the start of the movie where Robin was fighting Moose.

When Robin was fighting Moose he looked up and a certain boy caught his eye.

NO ONE'S POINT OF VIEW

It was just like any other day. Wake up, go to school, do homework, go to sleep, and repeat. Well, minus some things. You see, Finney Blake and Gwen Blake and to deal with their drunk abusive father every single day. It came to the point that Gwen started staying at her friend's house every Friday. Finney was lost in his thoughts. Why? You may ask. All he wonders if things would be different if his mother was here. "Finney! C'mon! If you don't hurry up I'm going to leave you here and you'll walk to school alone!" Gwen said.

Luckily their dad wasn't home so they could be as loud as they wanted. Gwen's yelling ruined Finney's thoughts, "Right! Give me another minute" he yelled back. He didn't actually need another minute to pack or anything. He just needed to clear his mind before he went out there with his sister. After what seemed like forever to Gwen, Finney finally came out of his room. "Geez, about time Mr.Gloomer. You took forever!" Gwen said, jokingly. Finney rolls his eyes, "C'mon lets go. Don't want to be late for school." he said. Gwen nodded while smiling. Finney grabbed his keys to the house and held the door for Gwen. "Wow, so polite Finney." Gwen said, being sarcastic with her sentence. "C'mon Gwen. It's early in the morning and you're already making fun of me?" Finney said, jiggingling the door knob to make sure it was locked.

"It's locked. We can go now." Finney said, with a small smile. As they walked to school Gwen kept on talking about some drama that was going on with her grade. Finney would either laugh at it or just nod his head just to let her know that he was listening to her conversation. Luckily they didn't live far from the school so Finney didn't have to listen to Gwen talk about some girl drama for an hour. Even though it felt like an hour to Finney.

FINNEY'S POV

Today felt like any normal day. Walking to school and hearing Gwen talk about some girl drama that was going on with her grade. This was basically our daily routine and nothing ever really changes from it. Well, everyday but today. As we were walking to school we started to hear people chant "FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!" repeatedly and it never stopped. I wasn't planning on going to watch whatever was going on over there. Although, I was dragged over there by Gwen. "Hey Gwen! C'mon we're going to be late!" I say, running with her as she drags me to the end of the street. Gwen pushes people out of the way so we can see the fight. I rolled my eyes as I didn't want to be here any longer than I already was. "C'mon Finney! It's a fight between Robin Arellano and Moose!" Gwen said excitedly.

"Yeah I know both of them, Gwen. I just don't want to be here." I say. Gwen was about to say something but she was interrupted by Moose, "You think you're so tough, huh, Robin" Moose said, smirking a bit. Robin shrugged his shoulders, "Hm, I don't know. You wanna find out?" Robin said with a straight face. You can tell Robin's words made Moose angry with his facial expression he was giving, "I will pound you just like a nail." Moose said, with anger in his voice. Robin rolled his eyes at Moose's response, "C'mon then, do it," Robin said, stopping mid-sentence. Robin then smirks, "Well, unless you're too scared." Robin said now smiling. That had made Moose angry. Moose had taken the first swing but missed. Robin then punched him and pushed him into a pole. "OH!" The crowd said.

Robin then grabs Moose and throws him over his shoulders and pushes him on the ground. Robin then kneels down to Moose and looks back up. What I didn't notice is that he was looking in our direction. Robin then smiled and punched Moose in the face. He had done this multiple times. All you could hear from the crowd was, "C'MON GET UP!" or "OH!". The more Gwen and I stood there, the more blood Moose was starting to lose. I then grab Gwen's hand, "C'mon let's get out of here." I say, dragging her out of the crowd. I knew this would get her a little mad as she likes to see fights but I don't know how much longer I could stand there for. "Finney! Why'd you do that! That was Moose Robin was fighting! Y'know the Moose that had made fun of you last year!" Gwen said, with disappointment in her face.

I exhaled, "Yeah, I know Gwen. I was there when it happened. Remember?" I say, with sarcasm in my voice. Gwen rolls her eyes while smiling. "Yeah, yeah I guess you're right. I'll see you after school, okay?" Gwen said, smiling. I nod in response as we both head to our classes.

TIME SKIP

NO ONE'S POV

"Finally, the last bell rang" Finney thought. He packs up his stuff and rushes out of the classroom. As he was walking through the halls he had seen three of his bullies. Finney then started to walk faster as they started to follow him. Finney opens the door to the outside and goes into the bathroom. Finney rushes into a bathroom stall and stands on the seat. He covers his mouth as he hears the bathroom door open. "C'mon out. We know that you're here." one of them said. Finney doesn't move for a bit but he decides to just get out of the bathroom stall. Finney stands a couple feet away from the other guys as he doesn't want to get any closer since he knows if he does he'll more than likely get beat up.

"So, what are you doing here?" one guy said. Another speaks up, "Yeah, this is the boys bathroom. It's not for f@gs like you." one says and they all start to walk closer. Although, they start to back up when they hear the door open. The one who walked through that door was the only and only Robin Arellano. The three just stand there without moving an inch. "Well? What are you doing? Move." Robin said firmly. He looked back up at Finney and recognized him from his fight. "Hey, what's going on here?" he said, talking to Finney. Finney looked at Robin slightly confused as they had never talked before but he just went along with it, "Just uh keeping on with it I guess." Robin hums at Finney's response. The other three start to back out of the bathroom although before they could leave Robin had said something. "Wait," he started as the others looked at him with slight fear, "You fuck with him again. You fuck with me." he said, turning off the sink and getting a paper towel.

The other three just stood there not wanting to say anything as they didn't want to get beat up by Robin. Robin looked at them with an annoyed look, "You can leave now." He said, with an annoyed tone while shooing them off with his arm. The three of them left in a hurry. Finney stood there for a bit before speaking up, "Uh thanks for helping me, Robin. Anything I can do to help you?" Finney said, slightly whispering. Robin walks over to the corner of the bathroom and thinks. Robin picks up his hand and shows it to Finney, "You know how to bandage people?" he said, smiling a bit. Finney nods, "You think you can survive the walk to my house?" Finney said, calmly. This seemed like a mistake. Why was he inviting Robin Arellano to his house? He could just bandage him right here.

Robin nods, "I would introduce myself but it seems that you already know me." Robin said, smiling. Finney nods, "Of course. You're the great Robin Arellano that everybody fears. How could I not know you?" Finney said gathering his stuff. Robin shrugs his shoulders as he grabs his stuff. "I saw you watching the fight today." Robin says, out of nowhere. Finney forgot he watched the fight with Gwen. "Yeah, I wasn't going to watch it but I was dragged over there." Finney said, in the calmest way possible. Robin nods, "So, are you just not going to tell me your name or something?" Robin said, laughing a bit. How could Finney be so stupid? That was the first thing he is always supposed to do. "Right, I'm sorry. My name is Finney, Finney Blake." He said smiling. Robin nods, "Nice to meet you Finney Blake." Robin said with a smile on his face. "Maybe Robin isn't so bad after all." Finney said, still smiling at Robin.

So yeah, this is the end of chapter 1. Wasn't as good as I hoped it would be but it'll have to work. I did add some lines from the movie but changed them up a bit. Any ideas what the next chapter should be about or who it should be about?
