Chapter three My first day

Destiney POV

I was awakened by the sound of my alarm going off on my phone.

I sat up in bed with my feet hanging down towards the floor, while searching for my phone to stop the alarm.

1 minute later I found it tangled up with the towel.

I stop the alarm and look at the time shows 4:30 am,

Walking towards my closet I retrieve the clothes that I will be wearing this morning; which consists of one simple black dress.

I walk towards the bathroom to take a shower..

Turning on the water while I took off my clothes that pooled on my feet. I step into the bath feeling the cold water run down my body while saying a little prayer at the same time. 

I always call on God even if I know he may not answer me,

Why would he?

I have done so much evil under the sun, I have killed so many people with just my bare hands.

Who would have thought a monster like me would find favor in God? Who am I kidding? 

But no matter what I will forever reach out to him or her who knows maybe God is a woman and not a man at least I believe he or she is listening to my prayer or so I think. 

Twenty minutes later I stepped out of the bath, reaching for my old white towel to wrap around my body.

I walk towards my room and pull out my black wig that is under the closet looking at it and sign remembering why I start wearing this in the first place.

I finally escape from Allandro and his men who belong to the  MAFIA DELL'OMBRA NERA (Black SHADOW MAFIA).

I run away to California Changing my appearance and name from Elizabeth Rose Jones to Destiney Star Shine.

Please don't ask me why I chose this name I just did.

After running away from Russia, I know I had to get a new identity.

I broke into the American Government database and create a whole new identity for myself.

I used the government money to buy my passport and other documents.

I know I could have stolen money or even live like a queen, but I was just tired of that life.

I told myself that If I don't work for my bread then I won't eat meat. that was the last time I used my skill to get something illegally.

within two weeks I got a passport, Birth Certificate, Identification Card, Drivers License and even my Social Security Number.

I was now an American citizen in less than a month. 

I covered my hair with a short black wig and wear brown contacts.

I stay there for three months under the radar trying to not get caught. I later decide to leave California and go to manhattan.

That's where I met Sam, she was working at a bookstore that gives away free coffee. I went in there and ask for some, She was so nice to me.
