Hostages.

Wu stood in the lab, alone. He heard the chirping and groaning behind glass and turned to look at several small Archaeopteryx' crawling around in an enclosure. He grimaced at the sight. He rubbed his chin and felt some soft stubble. He stopped and looked at his hand for a second.

"I need to shave." He said aloud. Perhaps a tidy-up would help him clear his mind. He walked down a corridor and heard a noise coming from another lab. He peeked his head into a room and gasped.

Inside were several young people with bags placed over their heads and handcuffs slapped onto their wrists. A security guard shoved one of them in and closed a door. Turning around to see the geneticist.

Howard King stared at Wu in shock for a moment. He thought he was in trouble for a second. He sighed in relief before he chuckled.
"Gave me a heart attack, Doc." He laughed.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Wu said in shock.
One of the people in the cell spoke up.
"Fucking your mother!" They said.

Wu entered the room fully, staring at the six prisoners.
"Why are there bags over their heads? What the hell is going on?!" He started.
"Alright, Alright, Calm down. They're just here because they were getting in the way."
"In the way of what!?!?"
"In getting the Spinosaurus!"

Wu's face dropped.
He stared at King in horror.
What. 
The.
Fuck.
"YOU BROUGHT THE SPINOSAURUS HERE?!?" He screamed.
"Woah, Woah, Woah. Dodgson's orders. I'm only following the rules."

Wu sneered. He turned before pointing at the man's chest.
"I want you to get these people out of here. With what you've brought into this valley, it's not safe for anything." He growled before he stormed out of the lab. He was going to have a word with Dodgson.

Howard stepped into the cell, freeing the civilians of their handcuffs. He allowed them to remove the bags from their heads.

Isaac, Alice, Ken, Kevin, Otis and Kalub got to their feet, Groaning in annoyance and pain.
"Way to go, Isaac." Otis grumbled.
"Hey, I didn't know we were gonna be kidnapped alright!?" Isaac snapped back. King cleared his throat, getting the attention of the group.

"You." Alice growled.
"What the fuck do you want from us, man?" Kalub asked.
"We didn't do anything to you!" Kevin protested.
"You're here because you were interfering with the containment of a dinosaur." King said, leaning in the doorway.
Isaac sneered. His hands clenched into fists.
"You son of a bitch, I'm gonna fucking kill you-" he said as he strides towards King. Only to be pepper sprayed yet again.
"FUCK! GOD DAMNIT NOT AGAIN!" He screamed. Otis and Alice helped him back on his feet.

King sneered.
"You're lucky I haven't fed you to the damn thing yet. You'll be here for a while. Get comfy you little turds 'cause it's about time we start interrogating ya." He snarled as he stood up straight.

Hi, Everyone! Sorry for the short and rushed chapter! I've been pushing for better scenes that appear earlier in the story, plus I've been pretty busy with college so I haven't managed to get as much time as I would have liked to get back to writing this. Seriously, this is only 476 words if you get rid of this Author's Note.

Hey, at least it's out now, though! I promise to put out some better content soon.

But hey- if you're reading this, I want yall to answer a question I have.

If I were to make my own Jurassic World/Park Remake collection, Would you guys read it? Or even if I merged all of the movies and shows and books into one another to create a new story, would yall be interested? I do intend on making some more content in the future since I am pretty interested in other franchises as well. But worry not! This is priority Numero Uno.

But yeah, If you guys are interested in retellings of old Jurassic Media, A merged Jurassic story or even a whole new story starring our favourite characters- Please let me know in the comments.
