Nightlight

Chapter 4

Sun's Pov:
  I felt someone shaking me gently, "Sun wake up nap time is almost over" I ignored the voice and snuggled closer to the warm fabric under me. I felt it heat up a little and felt it move slightly, "Come on sun get up already" I slowly stood up trying to see who it was. As soon as I opened my eyes I saw moon right next to me, was he watching me sleep? "Mmh.. Moony what happened?" his face was slightly red. "You feel asleep on my lap, we have to wake up the children in a minute so I had to wake you up" he said as I was stretching a bit. "I'm going to go turn on the lights you stay here I'll be right back" as he was leaving I sat there for a minute trying to figure out what had just happened, he was actually really sweet not like yesterday is he just shy? The lights turned on and he came back next to me extending his hand helping me get up. We started to wake up the children and played for the rest of the day, this time moon helped me take care of them.

~time skip~
  The kids were finally leaving with there parents, we were waving goodbye to all of the children as they left. Once the last kid left I collapsed on the floor, "Hard day huh?" "Yea" I responded, "Don't worry it will get easier later on, they were just excited to meet you" "They were?", I asked him as he sat right next to me. "Mmh they were talking about you yesterday kept asking questions all day" he said looking up at the ceiling smiling a bit. "Hey moon" "Yea?" he said turning his head so he could look at me. "Is it alright if I can call you moony, and also where am I sleeping at?" I asked him, he turned a little red and turned around "Umm... sure you can call me whatever you want... as where you will be sleeping I have no idea, if you want you can sleep upstairs with me" "Alright, let's get the daycare cleaned up first, it's a mess!" "At least it's not as bad like this morning..." he said quietly, "What was that?" "Nothing!" We both got up and started to clean the daycare.

~After cleaning up~
Moon's Pov:
  We finally finished up cleaning the daycare after an hour, sun looked so tired at this point. "Alright were finally done cleaning, we can finally get some sleep" I said in a tired voice, "Finally sleep!" he shouted a bit. "Come over here so we can head upstairs or do you know how to use the wire" I asked him attaching the wire to my back, he was walking towards me looking a little nervous. "Wait we have to use the wire to get up there, is there any other way?" Sun said, "this is the only way Sunny, come over here I won't drop you" he looked a bit flustered from the nickname I gave him. He got closer to me, and I started to carry him as we made are way upstairs, "Hold on tight okay and don't look down" "What do you mean not look down?!" he looked down and started to panic almost making me lose my balance. "Sun stop moving so much!" "Don't drop me!" he shouted clearly scared, "I won't I promise just stop moving so much we're almost there" he hugged me tighter closing his eyes. We made it to the balcony safely, I slowly put him down but he didn't want to let go "Sunny we made it you can let go now" I told him, he slowly opened his eyes and got off of me his face was all red. "Oh we actually made it alive" he said looking at me. "Bit sarcastic much" I told him, he just nodded "Stay here I need to put some stuff away I'll tell you when you can come in" I ran inside closing the curtains behind me. "Alright I'll be right here", I started to move everything hiding a few things and fixing up my bed a bit. After a bit the room was kinda tidy up, I came back out looking at him, he was sitting down his legs hanging out on the edge. I felt my face heat up a bit, I sat next to him trying to see what he was staring at "Isn't the view just amazing up here Moony" he said "Yea it is very beautiful view" I said looking at him. He turned around facing me, he had a smile on his face like always "Is the room ready, I'm so tired" he said standing up, "Huh, oh the room yea it's ready you can come in now" I said standing up feeling my face cool down.

Sun's Pov:
As we both got inside, his room is so huge! He had a big bed in the middle with fairy lights hanging on the wall with drawings im guessing the children made for him. "This is my room, you can sleep on the bed and ill sleep on the floor" he said graving a pillow and a blanket, "Wait what no im sleeping on the floor it's your room" I said walking up to him graving the blanket and pillow from the bed. "It's alright, your tired and I can always take naps during work" he said, I looked up at him "No your sleeping on your bed, you can't change my mind." I pushed him to his bed making him sit down on the corner of the bed, as for me I laid on the floor trying to get comfy, the floor was so uncomfortable but it's better than sleeping alone in the dark. After a bit I heard him sigh, I was pretending to be asleep I heard him move a bit. It was quite for a minute, I guess he went to sleep, all of a sudden I felt someone carry me. "Moon let me go im trying to sleep!" he ignored me and dropped me in the middle of his bed, I turned around to see what he was up to but he just started to get comfy and went to sleep next to me. His bed was so warm and comfy I soon fell asleep next to him, "Goodnight Moony" I said in a tired voice "Goodnight Sunny"
