Cassie was wearing a poppy Triangl bikini while I wore my white ruffled bikini. We hurriedly went downstairs and saw the guys playing around in the pool. They were pushing each other and splashing water everywhere.

We undressed out of our tops and shorts and ran to the pool. The guys whistled and I quickly jumped in the pool, conscious of my body. Cassie jumped after me and we all giggled at each other.

"You girls look extra hot today." Said Alex. But he was looking at me the whole time.

Jake swam towards Cassie and kissed her cheek. Cassie blushed and wrapped her arms around him. I covered my eyes with both of my hands and swam away.

"Hey let's play chicken!" Jake said.

Nate chuckled behind us. "I haven't played that since Steven's seventh birthday party." Steven was one of the jocks in the football team.

Jake rolled his eyes. "Cmon its fun."

"We're odd numbered." I told Jake.

"I can watch and judge." Nate suggested.

Jake's face lit up. "Alright yay, so it's my and my girl and then Sam and Alex."

Alex swam towards me and held my hips. I automatically tensed when he did so. "I'll go on top if that's okay with you." He whispered in my ear. I looked at him in horror and then he chuckled. "I'm kidding, Sammie."

I narrowed my eyes as I splashed water at him. "I hate you." I said playfully.

Alex went underwater and bent down so that I could climb on his shoulders. Just when I was halfway there, he jolted up, causing me to fall on my back with my legs still dangling on his shoulders. I quickly took my legs off and swam up to get some air.

Everyone was chuckling except for Nate who was just looking at me in amusement. "You looked like a dying fish!" Said Cassie in between laughs.

I laughed along with them and playfully glared at Alex. He gave me an apologetic smile. "Sorry, I ran out of air." He said.

"It's alright. So, let's try it again?"

The next time, we were able to do it in one swift. I was riding firmly on his shoulders and he placed his hands on my thighs so that I wouldn't slip. Cassie also struggled to get on Jake's shoulders and so they fell more times than we did.

Finally, when we were all ready, Nate gave us the sign to chicken fight. I stuck my tongue out at Cassie as both of them charged towards us. I pushed Cassie and she yelped since she was loosing her balance. She then pushed my shoulders hard but it wasn't hard enough. We then gripped each other's arms, laughing and trying to push each other off but neither of us would bulge. Then I sucked lots of air and pushed her with all my might. She yelped again and this time, she fell on her back.

Alex and I shouted in victory and he held his hand up for a high five. I high fived him back and got off his shoulders. "Sorry if I was too heavy."

He furrowed his eyebrows. "Heavy? You weigh a feather." He winked.

I rolled my eyes at him playfully until Cassie jumped out of the water and said, "Round two please?"

Alex and I looked at each other. "Nate can replace me. He hasn't played yet." He said carefully.

I was impressed with him. It was very kind of him to do that. I looked at Nate who was looking straight back at me. "So, do you want to carry me?" I asked, my voice sounding higher than usual.
