Aizawa kissed Izuku to try and make him stop crying. It obviously worked but aizawa also felt guilty for cheating and also playing with izukus feelings.
It's always been obvious Izuku had a crush on him ever since the kiss and yk.
It soon turned into a make out session. Izuku was under aizawa thinking abt how bad this was.
He knew aizawa didn't really want this and Izuku felt like he's forcing this on him but in honesty.. Izuku just wants to be loved.
He wants someone to spoil him. It doesn't have to be with money. All he wants is someone to put effort in the relationship and love him for him.
Not because he's a hero in training or anything.
He would even appreciate a hand picked sunflower and card. Its not hard to please him.
