When Lucy Harrison discovers a new, secret world full of the super-natural beings, she is thrust into it, and struggles to adapt her new found life.
Luckily, the British Government had been aware of this community for some time, although the general public has no idea that it even exists. They have departments and even have a different cabinet to deal with it, all made up of the supernatural.
There are no special schools that teach people, who are super naturals, how to use their powers. But there are, however, a few state schools that do.
Gods-Hill Secondary School, in North London was one of those schools. It's also where Lucy spent the majority of her time, around numerous friends, including her four best friends, Karen, Harry and George, all with their powers, gifts etc.
This story follows Lucy as she tries to go through her life as a schoolgirl, struggling to find a place in a constantly changing world. But unbeknownst to her, there are greater and possibly more terrible forces at work than her weekly homework load...
This story is not a Harry Potter or Twilight rip-off. It is meant to portray a more realistic view of what could to someone’s everyday life if the discover they have powers. As said, they protagonist and other characters have to learn to control their powers outside of school, there are no special classes like in Harry Potter.
I do appreciate feedback on this story, I have already thought of a rough plot-line and I have characters inspired by my friends! : D
