Y/n's POV:

it's past lunch time already I should head back to the base
I flew my way back to the black bulls base after taking a walk

Venessa and Charmy greets while Grey let's out the usual smoke from their mouth
Where's everyone? I asked
Asta went to feed the pets
Noelle is taking a bath
Magna and luck went into the woods to fight
Gauche's out to see his sister
Finral and Gordon are in Finral's room
I heard Finral saying something about a girl liking Gordon's magic so he is trying to learn a few things about it to impress the girl

Oh that's....interesting I said
Ano- Where- where's captain yami?
I haven't seen him after our last interraction after he patted my head and I blushed so hard that people could mistake me for a tomato

Oh he must be in the bathroom or something she said chuckling
I mean He totally could be
Anyway I'm gonna head up I'm feeling kinda tired so I'll go take a nap
Don't you wanna eat? Venessa asked
I'm not really hungry I answered
Um-okay she said with a soft smile
I smiled and nodded see you

After I made my way up to my room I quickly changed into pyjamas and laid down on my bed
I quickly fell asleep

Yami's POV:

I was in my room when I got a letter that we're having a last minute meeting today and Julius also asked me to bring y/n? But why?
I came downstairs and looked around in the hall to see Vennesa, Charmy, Grey and Finral sitting with Gardon reading something from a paper
Where's Princess? I asked

She's in her room sleeping Vennesa answerd while taking a drink from her wine bottle

Sleeping? At this hour is..she sick?
I asked again
No she said she was feeling tired
My eyes looked towards the stairs and above where her room would be as if I could see through walls
Princess! I called out
No answer, looks like she's really Passed out
Princess I called out again
Pri- I saw y/n coming down the stairs before I could call her for the third time
Come on we have to go I commanded.

Y/n's POV

I was sleeping peacefully when I heard the word Princess
Captain's calling me I quickly got up and went downstairs
"Come on we have to go" he said
Umm where? I asked
Captain's meeting and Ju- I mean the wizard king wants to see you as well captain answered
OMG the wizard king wants to see me?

So cool I'm literally a fan
I cleared my throat hiding my excitement okay give me two minutes I'll go change
Make it quick! He commanded I nodded and went back to my room changed into a black loose cargo pant and a white cut sleeves tank top paired with my black boots, I took a glance before stepping out from my room
Gotta look good in front of the wizard king

I'm ready let's go
Captain yami eyed me up and down with a bland face but it looked like he was thinking something

Oh yeah let's go! Finral, he commanded and Finral senpai opened a portal for us

the sunlight is killing me it's really hot today I cried
Captain yami didn't answered he just kept smoking his cigarette
he doesn't like me at all does he?
I thought in my head
I should have drank some water before comimg here my throat is so dry it feels like sahara desert

Suddenly I see a lemonade stall

I quickly took a hold on captain yami's hand and ran towards the stall dragging him with me

Two glasses please one is sweet and-
Captain yami what do you prefer? Sweet or Salty?
He let out a cloud of smoke from his mouth and answered sweet.
Both sweet I said to the lemonade maker who must be in his 60's
