Later, Isaac and Cecil decided to stop for the evening while the sun begins to set. Hunger was beginning to take a toll on Isaac after walking such a long way without any food. "I'm starving!" Isaac groaned. Cecil looks at him. "Wouldn't it been any easier to bring food before starting this journey?" He asked. "That would have been a good idea I guess." Isaac said feeling stupid. Cecil rolls his eyes and shakes his head. "I swear you humans can be so irritating." He said calmly. "Coming to a dangerous journey, without any food. How did you become a Knight again?" Isaac looks at Cecil with his arms crossed. "Hey!" He said. "Its not MY fault that I forgot to bring food! I was in a hurry to find the Princess!" "Than who's fault is it?" Asked Cecil. Isaac had no excuse to give him. "I thought so." Cecil continued. "Well lucky for you, according to my memory, the area we have arrived at is known to be a great place for hunting." He catches Isaac's attention. "Hunting what?" He asked. "Deer mostly." Said Cecil. "They're not hard to spot like most places." "So you're saying that we should go hunting?" Asked Isaac. "No." Said Cecil. "You are." Isaac didn't like the idea of going alone. "Alone?" He asked. "You didn't bring no food." Cecil continued. "So YOU do the hunting." "But you're a dragon for heaven sake!" Said Isaac. "You can kill a deer quicker and easier than me!" Cecil looks at Isaac's waist. "I see you brought an axe." He said. "Use it. As for me, I'll be resting right here until you return." Isaac gets mad. "This isn't fair!" He yelled. "The more you scream, the less you'll have at success." Cecil grinned as he close his eyes for a short nap. Isaac notices that the sun was now behind the trees and it was going to be dark soon. So he decided to go on a hunt for deer. A short time had passed, and Isaac wasn't having any luck. It was almost completely dark and there wasn't an animal in sight. He begins to lose his patience. "That stupid old Dragon lied to me!" He whispered. "There's absolutely nothing out here! Nothing but trees and insects all around me!" Suddenly, his luck changed. A Deer walks right out in front of him. Isaac knew that it was his chance. He takes out his small axe and aims to towards the Deer. It rises its head for a moment after getting spooked. Then as it lowers it back down to continue eating the grass, Isaac throws his axe. Unfortunately, due to the darkness, he barely misses the Deer by inches and instead hitting a tree right behind it. The Deer gets spooked completely and takes off running. Isaac loses his temper and gives up. He grabs his axe out of the tree and returns to Cecil empty handed. But as he was on his way towards him. Isaac hears him growl not far from where he was and could see a glow of fire through the trees. He runs to him as quickly as possible and was shocked to see the same Deer he was hunting lying on the ground next to him, dead and burnt to a crisp. "Hope you like your food crispy." Isaac said with a grin.
