Matteo's Point of View:

After 7 long hours of boring things, all classes were finally over. As I was walking home someone caught my eye:

Aeron Holloway.

He was walking all pretty and stuff, I don't know how he does it but it's absolutely insane. I never knew he took this route home...he's never on this path. Unless I just haven't paid any attention?
I ran up to him while calling, "Hey Aeron! Wait up would you?" He's a pretty slow walker so I caught up quicker than I thought I would.
Aeron turned to face me with a shocked look and froze. "Um...hello?"
"Since when did you walk this way after school?"
"I've taken this way ever since I moved here, I was in 1st grade. I think that's right.."
"You were here in 1st grade?!"
"Yes. Look M-Matteo I got t' go. My homework is waiting." Aeron bolted away as soon as he said that.
I stood there, wondering why he was in such a hurry for homework. Eh, it's none of my business. I continued to walk home, still thinking about Aeron. Wait--why am I thinking about it him? We're not even friends. You know what I'll think about how extremely annoying Faye is. How her screechy voice ruins my whole day and somehow makes it better. How she can openly talk to anyone which isn't like Aeron, poor him. I don't even know if he has friends.

...

My mind went back to Aeron. This is so fucking stupid.
Whatever, I was home and didn't have any time to even set my stuff down when Nico called for me. "Matteoo!"
    "Yeah?"
    "Do you have your cello?"
    ....
Shit. I ran to the door and when I opened it I was shocked to see who it was. Wanna take a guess?
It was Aeron Holloway. The one I can't keep my mind off of. Standing at my door. I couldn't help but become red.
    "Uhm...Matteo?"
I shook my head. "Sorry yeah?"
"I have your cello, I realized you have- didn't. You didn't have it when you stopped to talk to me so I went back to the school to get it."
"Oh, thanks. I was just about to go get it." I smiled.
Aeron nodded slightly and held the cello out to me.
I grabbed it and right as I did, he let go and faced his head away.
"Uh I...I'm gonna go now."
"See ya at school tomorrow, yeah?"
Aeron looked up at me with wide eyes. As if he were shocked to hear those words. Strange.
"I- sorry. I guess, bye." He turned around and was off.
I couldn't help but smile. I started giggling like a four year old with a huge grin on my face. Nico peeked over from the living room.
"Wipe that stupid smile off your face, nobody's trying to see those damn pearly yellows. They aren't even pearly, they're just yellows. Crusty yellows. So yellow that even Nicki Minaj's hair in 2018 is-"
"Shut the fuck up. At least I brush them. Cavity prone pizza maker."
Suddenly murder felt like the right thing to do. But I decided I did't want to go to jail, I just wanted to be in bed. So with that, another day is over, and there's a new one waiting for me when I wake up.
