Chapter 22

Hoseok's pov

"So you did not saw anyone or anything suspicious yesterday night?" I said and jungkook nodded.

"Your majesty. We searched whole palace, and did not found anyone. I do not think that this intruder can be someone who is not having any special training. Because climbing at your floor, without using any kind of equipment, can only be done by someone who is having assassin training." He said and I nodded.

"Jungkook is right your majesty. We have to increase the guards on your floor." Namjoon said.

"I do not think that only by increasing the guards, we can protect queen from that intruder. We better look for him. I think your majesty, you should call your every single assassin here. And also, call Kim Jennie. I mean, she is the one who gives training to assassins. Right?" Yoongi said and I thought for a while.

"Send an urgent invitation letter to Kim Jennie's reign." I said and namjoon nodded.

It will take almost 120 days for her to arrive here. And after that, she is surely going to live here for almost a year I know. And, I really do not want her to be near me. I am very well aware about the feelings she is having in her heart for me. She did not even come in my wedding ceremony and not even in the royal buffet.

I sighed and gestured all of them to leave the throne hall, except jungkook.

"Hyung? Please do not stress yourself. I promise that I will protect queen from gongjunim(princess) Jennie." He said and I nodded.

"Jungkook. I want you to tell your wife, Jeon jimin that he have to be Queen's side all the time. I really can not trust jennie with him." I said.

"Hyung. If you do not mind, I can assign Lalisa manoban as his personal caretaker too. She is living here for many years now. And she is well aware by many things of this palace. I am sure that she can take good care of him, and protect him from gongjunim jennie too. Jimin is still not aware by many things here. Specially, by gongjunim's behavior" He said and I thought for a while.

"Hmm. Assign Lalisa as his personal caretaker now. Jimin can still meet him as I know queen can not live without him. And I know your wife too." I said and he nodded with a smile. I just kept my blank face and he bowed to me before leaving the place.

"I stood up from my throne and glanced at it for a while. Then my eyes shifted towards my queen's throne. I caresses it softly while thinking about lot of things. I slowly walked towards the big window of that hall, and the guards opened it for me. The palace is covered with white snow, which is giving it a heavenly look.

The cold breeze caressed my hair softly. I closed my eyes while feeling its soothing coldness on my face. I took a deep breath before opening my eyes again.

"I can smell a big war." I mumbled to myself while staring at the reign, which I have established by my power and hardwork.

Taehyung's pov

"Jiminieee. I am tired of staying at one place." I whined and he glared at me.

"Did you by any chance forget that you were attacked by some unknown person just night before?" He said and I pouted.

"How can I forget jiminie? But ever since I get married to king, most of the time I am staying in this chamber."

"And I think from now, you have to continue to live here. I do not think that your majesty is going to allow you to roam around the palace."

We both looked at the direction of door when we heard the voice of its opening. Jungkook San entered the chamber and I immediately wore my face veil while turning my back at him, and Jimin covered me by standing in front of me.
