June's POV
2019
We were in the car on the way to my new school. Nevermore. I was not pleased about having to go here so I'm giving them the silent treatment. The only reason i agreed to go here is so that Wednesday wouldn't have to.
"Are you excited for your new school?" My dad asked happily. However i ignored him and continued looking out the window at the endless woods.
"Oh don't be like that. This could be good for you. Maybe you could even make a few friends." Still I ignored him. I don't need friends. I just need survive until the end of the semester so that i can get back to my siblings. Once we arrived at the school gates i looked around at all the other children being brought to their first day of school. I saw children smiling some crying and some being absolutely emotionless. Those are my people. Once we were parked we made our way to the quad for the first year's assembly. There we were told the rules and expectations. Once we were given our class schedule's and uniforms we were directed to our dorm rooms. Once we got there i said fair well to my parents and entered the room. Once i was in there i saw a brunette girl who i Assumed was my roommate. Before i even had the chance to put my stuff down she came over to introduce herself.
