Stay Away From Him

- DRACO -

"It just doesn't make any sense," I muttered, throwing my shirt over my head.

Quidditch practice had just ended, and the material of my top stuck to my skin, my hair slightly damp from sweat. I threw my dirty uniform into the locker, proceeding to lean against it.

"Why would Minerva give me detention for calling her a pussy? Does she not turn into a cat?"

"Sometimes I wonder how you're at the top of the class," Zander muttered, pulling on his sneakers.

I rolled my eyes as I ran a hand through my hair.

"But did you guys see the ass on Rivers? I'm definitely hitting that by the end of the quarter." He snickered, tying his laces.

"Not if I do first." Blaise patted his back, already dressed.

I twisted my face. "Rivers?"

"The new girl," Blaise muttered, leaning one knee on the bench. "She's at least worth 100 points, and if I bone her, I'll be 50 points ahead of Zan here." He smirked, glancing at him.

"Not really a competition, eh?"

I rolled my eyes. Every year, these two bone-heads counted every girl as points, and would add up how many they had by the end of the year. Whoever won didn't even get anything, except a boost in their fragile little egos.

I didn't participate in it, of course. I could care less about being with girls right now, especially when I knew that any girl would drop to their knees in an instant for me.

"Classy, boys."

I had a strong disliking towards that girl.

Rivers.

Her face just pissed me off, and the way she acted like she was all high and mighty.

The very first time I saw her, I knew I wouldn't like her. She made my blood boil, and I didn't even really know why.

I just... despised her.

And I could give two shits what these dicks wanted to do with her.

I didn't even really like them, but they were on my level. They were rich, good looking, and intelligent — In some ways. I knew I was better than them, but I chose to just get along, and have a few laughs with them sometimes.

"Don't act like you wouldn't if you had the chance," Zander slapped his knees, standing up. "She's well fine and you know it."

"She's okay," I answered, but I was lying.

She was pretty—I wouldn't lie. But I wasn't interested in her, because she wasn't unique. She looked a lot like the other girls here; and that was it.

"Just leave me out of whatever weird shit you two are planning to do, Kay?"

"Your loss," Blaise high-fives Zander, then high snickering.

"We'll let you know how it goes."

"Don't bother," I muttered, beginning to walk away. "I'm going to the common room to rest. See you."

I was sitting at this ledge in the common room, a window right in front of me. There was no one else here due to the fact that it was around dinner time, but I wasn't really hungry.
