Dance with the Devil

Sasuke's chakra flared and Naruto opened his eyes from where he was meditating. Orochimaru seemed to have taken longer to make a move this time around. That doesn't mean the stubborn snake won't be doing what he had done the last time. He stood up and head toward the direction he felt the chakra flare.

He has been hiding the past few months. This was because his horns finally grew long enough he couldn't hide. It grew because Fu and Chomei finally joined them along with Han and Kokuo. Fu had learned the fate of Taki and left with Utakata, purposely made it known that she had become a nuke-nin so that Kakuzu and Hidan would not attack Taki. Han had also joined up with Roshi wherever the elder Jinchuuriki had gone off to.

The only one left unaware was B and Yugito. He already asked Kisame and Itachi to keep an eye on Yugito as she was easily subdued when compared to B who's much stronger and skilled than her. He would like for the Jinchuuriki to train on Genbu but with the political relation with Kumo, that will be hard.

Naruto landed right as Sasuke was almost killed by Kimimaro who Orochimaru somehow managed to lengthen the life of. It seemed he had been taking lesson from the memories that Naruto gave him and applying it but not in the way Naruto had hoped. He met Kimimaro's bone attack with a chakra rod, stopping the boy in his track.

Kimimaro leapt back and looked at him.

Sasuke breathed hard, "He's strong,"

Naruto nodded, "Kimimaro is of the Kaguya Clan, an estranged sister clan to the Hyuuga. Much like the Uchiha and Senju,"

Sasuke nodded, standing back up. Kimimaro has the advantage of being trained by Orochimaru and advanced further with his improved Cursed Seal. Even though Naruto has been training Sasuke, Sasuke didn't use his Cursed Seal much. He didn't like using it. But he supposed had he not learned the truth from Itachi, he might have gone after Orochimaru for power.

The only thing Naruto did different from Orochimaru was the lack of gladiator style killing spree. He compensated this by letting Sasuke train using his clones that Henge into different people. Naruto had a hard time doing the Henge as each face brought back painful memories but he persevered.

Sasuke needed to grow.

Kimimaro bowed, "Orochimaru-sama speaks highly of you. He told me that you brought him the theory that created the cure for me,"

Naruto tilted his head, "Let me guess. He figured cloning his body by splicing his genes using the DNA strains in his collection worked better than stealing bodies,"

Kimimaro nodded.

Naruto studied the boy, "Then why are you attacking Sasuke?"

"To get your attention," He answered, "I tried looking for you but you were nowhere to be found,"

Naruto sighed, "So you are not here for Sasuke,"

"No,"

"Good," Naruto smiled, "I'd hate to end the Kaguya's bloodline...even if I don't fancy your family's name," He looked at Kimimaro, "So why are you looking for me?"

Kimimaro answered, "Orochimaru-sama would like to make an alliance with you,"

Naruto smiled. It seemed that Orochimaru had finished studying the memories Naruto gave him. He figured out who Naruto was and decided that working with Naruto would benefit him better in the long run...

Sasuke watched as Kimimaro left, "Was that wise?"

Naruto nodded, "Kimimaro's strong and loyal,"

"I mean...with Orochimaru,"
