When the clock strike

The running of niko and mines feet reminded me of a memory..

I smiled as one of my "friends" touched my hair "omg..perl your hair grow out so long!" I giggled

"thank you I just take good care of it" I grinned before glancing past the girls,seeing Ejay by a group of boys as they chatted

"perl?" I diverted my eyes and looked at my friend and smiled "sorry..what you say" they all gushed and squealed " EEE YOU JUST SO CUTE!!!" So tiny too!!" They hugged me and I sighed.

I looked at jay and we made eye contact before I felt my face heat up and I hugged the group back closing my eyes.

Towards the end of the school year it was march and I felt myself grow tired of the expectations and the person I was. I wished I could be the person I really am.

That day I woke up and barely made myself presentable. I was just so tired and I noticed my "friends " been acting differently towards me I been kinda drifting by life as if my body not mine. Ion know who I am

I found jay by himself sitting on a bench,I walked up to him " can I sit here" he looked up and looked shocked and dazed for a second before he mumbled a " sure " " thank you" " I actually want to ask you something." I looked at him and smiled " can you tell me about dark fashion?"

I clutched grandma locket I haven't felt stuck in place or lost since than. But as of recently..these entities I don't know if I'm die or run out of time I don't know what to do..I just feel trapped. That familiar feeling of back then.It like we just keep getting pushed to the edge,just a smaller corner.

How long can we keep this up until we run out of wall and become devoured by whatever hunting us?

I closed my eyes and sucked in a breath as we reached the floor where liza and everyone else could possibly be.

Me and niko scanned the rooms before we stood at the last door the door had a small square window that had a net from the inside against it. Underneath the window read

" storage room" in bold black letters

" this like something in a horror movie " niko mumbled before we heard a rumble and slam making me reach for the door knob and pull niko into the dark room,shutting the door closed "Hey-!" He squealed like a piglet "Where the light " he mumbled and I felt around hoping to spot him somewhere close

" Niko,perl??!!" Over here!!" I heard a voice I recognized as liza whisper yell " liza??" Hold on where are you..let me find a light-" niko mumbled " no! It a emergency light built in here don't turn it own to not draw attention.!" I started walking forward to her voice intill I felt something squish my chest.

"what the hell is this " niko mumbled and I smacked his face I guess " ow!!" He whispered yell " that my boob!" "EW!!" He yelled " guys shush" I felt myself get yanked down and I bumped shoulders with whom I'm guessing niko.

I felt forwarded feeling a wall and adjusted my eyes when liza turned her flashlight towards us " let me put it on low.." she mumbled putting her flashlight on the lowest dimmest stage I almost jumped out of my skin seeing James laying on her shoulder " what-" I started to say

" I dragged the twins and jay here,it wasn't e-" she stopped talking when we heard slamming and rumbling outside,niko brought his finger up to his mouth in the shushing motion and we all stayed quiet even quieting our breathing. I looked at jasmine head laying on liza lap and saw her eyes was bandaged up making my heart ache

jay's arm was in a cask and he had bandages on his free arm I touched his head " jay.." "he should he fine.." liza whispered and we heard a slam outside the door "should we lock the door.." I asked and she looked hesitated I looked at her "this gotta be done quickly" she chewed her lip and the rumbling started again

" well track star?" Niko whispered and I grabbed james head pulling it close to me as niko pulled jay to him liza grabbed her flashlight and started sprinting as lightly but ad fast as possible towards the door. She reached it and turned the door knob and pulled down the wooden board sealing the door "RUMBLE"

liza wobbled back as the room started shaking she moved around trying her best not to fall and I quickly caught james head as he leaned to the opposite of me almost hitting his head on the floor I looked at liza as she slid down the wall beside the door We heard a slam and I looked at niko " I think it on the floor.." I whispered and he nodded his head    He pushed jay head to my lap " stay here" he whispered he stood up shakily as I looked at some of the boxes starting  to shake off the shelves one clattered to the ground as paper sprawled out niko grabbed liza hand pulling her upwards

" SLAM" they both lost their footing and liza fell on top of niko they both huffed and niko clutched his head he something slid out of the pocket of his gown, the bright green color shown in the dark room my eyes widened in relaxation as I recognized it as the keychain jasmine vividly sketched out and showed me " BAM BAM BAM" something bammed on the door I looked at the door as the clock above it read 11:10

"Yk I heard clocks that match mean good vibes" I remember jasmine saying as I pulled jay and james to me as niko and liza scrambled away from the door " if we die..I'm really sorry" niko mumbled and pulled a crying liza closer to him the room started shaking and the rumbling started again

we all watched in astonishment as the keychain niko payed no mind to started hovering in the air. It shook repeatedly as the rumbling grew and the metal door started to cave in I looked at the clock one more time as black thick liquid spewed underneath the door and started to drip down the walls.  " 11:11" the door caved in completely and we all screamed as a tsunami of black liquid rushed in the room.
