PASSION

I closed my eyes...

waves of rhythm and beats flowed through my brain
attacking every thought in my head
crashed them down and kicked them out

that wave of rhythm and beats
flowed through my whole body
my legs, my arms, my face
forcing them to move

I let them flow across my body
turned them emotions into motions
making a huge noise in front of me
of applause and cheering...

but among those noises,
I heard a familiar yet, agonizing... scream;
"Dancing won't take you anywhere"

all those thoughts started blocking out my mind again...
insecurities, reputation, society,
money, tradition, labels, anxiety
flowed across my head snapping back to the reality-

I opened my eyes.

shit. I missed the lesson.
Pick up the pen and start understanding this math.
