I managed to squeeze out this quick little chapter one day into my exams to tie you over until I can actually commit to posting regularly again. Thank you for almost 500 reads it means a lot.

After our little rendezvous in the janitors closet, I took a few minutes before coming out to fix my appearance and compose myself as best as I could before going back out to face my peers. I poked my head quickly out of the closet I caught Asher and Xander talking in hushed voices on the other side of the hallway. I snuck out quickly from the cramped dark room and tiptoed quickly towards the nearby glass water cooler beside where Asher and Xander were standing without being dangerously close. "...can't go man she'll kill you" Finished Xander with a frown on his face while Asher just shrugged his shoulders in reply.
"I have to go man, just because I lost doesn't mean I can stop, I have a match tonight schedueled with Axel..." He whispered furiously while rubbing a hand over his face indicating that he was frustrated. I frowned instantly and walked out from behind the cooler making Xander's and Asher's conversation immediately halt.
"You're not going" I said bluntly and made a move to turn when a furious look clouded over Asher's features.
"Cat...I don't think you understand, I have to and I am going to" He snapped whilst turning back to Xander and continuing to make plans about tonights fight. Truthfully, I was terrified of him fighting again seeing as the only time I've seen him fight was when he was getting his ass kicked which pretty much nearly killed him. Everyone keeps trying to reassure me that that's the only one he's lost but there's still the possibility of him getting really hurt, and I don't want that. I sighed deeply and closed my eyes briefly. "I want to come..." I murmered which both of the boys chose to ignore in favour of their fight plan...
"Asher!" I yelled loudly causing him to turn around abruptly and turn those gorgeous brown eyes to meet mine. "I...want to come t-tonight" I said lowly. he made stuttering noises as if to argue my proposition I had just put forward but I was not going to take any excuses. "If I don't go, neither do you. You almost DIED last time" I stated seriously and turned on my heel and walked away with no other words being said between the two of us. I was sitting in English twiddling my pen between my fingers while Asher slumped in his chair after failing miserably to talk me out of coming...again. After class, Asher, Xander, Ellie and I were all in Xander's black ford focus and on the way to the old warehouse venue which housed all of the fights that Asher was involved in. I twiddled my thumbs in silence whilst debating all of the possible outcomes that could happen to Asher. He was going to get hurt, that much was inevitable but how well he fought determined how much he gets hurt, and judging by the first and only time i'd seen him fight...I was worried for him. I noticed recently that he still winced when he sat down, still cringed whenever he bent over just that little bit too far and still had the dark purple bruises around his face indicating that he was still not in any condition to get back in that death ring and fight...yet he wanted to. Sometimes I think that boy is delusional. I ran a hand through my thick brown hair and tried to prepare myself for the boy I loved to be beaten in front of me...willingly. Unfortunately, we pulled up at the venue all too soon and we all exited the car. Asher had a big smile on his face and was discussing techniques and what not with an equally excited Xander. Ellie and I hung back together whilst shooting eachother nervous looks. "Ellie I'm worried" I whispered to her to make sure neither of the boys heard my concerns. She nodded wordlessly and hugged me quickly in reassurance which made a slight bit of tension leave my body, but not much. Walking through the warehouse to the ring, I was able to take in a lot more of my surroundings and the amount of people that were actually here. A big ring sat in the centre of a large open space with hundreds if not thousands of people gathered around it waiting for the action to start. Loud, boistrous men occupied most of the space with the occasional manly looking woman watching from afar. What was I doing in a place like this? My parents would be rolling in their graves and Lysander my brother would be infuriated if he saw me here. I bit my nails nervously down to stubs as I followed clutching onto Asher's arm tightly as comfort as he led me throught the crowds of drunk men to the side of the ring. Suddenly, I was being pulled away from Asher causing me to thrash slightly and look around frantically for where Asher went. I spotted him going up the small steps leading up to the ring causing my heart to pound in my chest at around 200 beats per minute, I was terrified. I thrashed in the mystery arms more when I saw the size of the boy...no, man that went into the ring to fight him...He looked around 6,9 which made him see ginormous even compared to Asher's 6,5. I quivered in fear for him and began to throw myself against the person holding me to get out of their hold. I was spun around quickly to stare into the agitated eyes of Xander who had a very serious expression written all over his face. "Cat, you need to chill out he's going to be fine" He said whilst gripping the tops of my arms to keep me still. I complied by slumping slightly and turning to watch the fight. The ref counted down and the fight began...
"Come at me gorilla, what's wrong big boy? scared of a teenage boy?" Asher tanuted while sidestepping around the ring gracefully with a wide smirk plastered on his face. I cringed slightly at his teasing as all it seemed to do was anger the giant further as his face turned red and you could almost see the imaginary steam bursting out of his ears...then he charged. The teasing went on for a few minutes with a few punched thrown by his opponent, yet Asher didn't even attempt to attack. I covered my eyes reflexively and cowered into my hoodie when I heard the crunching of bone. His taunting must of finally come back to bite him in his very fine ass. I knew this would happen and now he's hurt because I didn't stop him fro-
"And the champion returns as good as ever...Asher!" The ref shouted causing a ripple of applause and cheers from the spectators. I gradually uncovered my eyes hesitantly to find the giant on the floor with a bloody face and a victorious Asher walking towards me with a cocky grin. "His anger was his downfall, I just exploited that" he told me whilst wrapping his big strong arms around my waist tenderly and pulling me into a passionate and loving kiss that lasted a few seconds before we were interrupted by the obnoxiously loud sound of a man coughing purposely. We broke apart grudgingly and turned to face a man who had light blonde curly hair and piercing bright blue eyes ,who looked to be about our age if not slightly older. "Sawyer" Said Asher whilst glaring daggers at him. What was wrong with these two, did I miss something?
"Hi Ash, nice fight tonight...I see you've improved since last time...moderately" The blonde guy sneered with a vicious smile and a wicked glint in those innocent baby blue eyes. Asher's hands clenched and unclenched by his sides and his strong jaw tightened indicating that he was getting agitated by this mans prescence.
"What are you doing here you litt-!" He began angrily
"Now now Ashy, I was just leaving, but Catelaya darling? He's not who you think he is, he's trouble which you don't want to get involved in...trust me on that" He stated cryptically. I raised my eyebrows in confusion which soon changed to anger rapidly.
"How dare you go and accus-"
"I warned you darling, don't say I didn't" He whispered simply and turned on his heel merging into the crowd casually like nothing had ever happened. Who was he, and what the hell did he mean Asher's not who I think he is? What was that supposed to mean? How was he trouble? I need to know.
