Normally the main characters in a story get saved or have a happy ending but that's not reality.
You died to the hands of your killer and was unfortunately never found. Your friends did put out a missing persons report but nothing ever happened. It was like you disappeared without a trace. However your friends did report about the weird messages and how you were being stalked but all leads came to a dead end.
Jeff covered up your murder effortlessly and went on to find a new person to obsess with, leaving you in the past. However by your rejection he grew mad towards people and grew more aggressive.
