The world was a deep black around you however you were awake. It was extremely silent around you, so silent you could hear your own breath and your heart thumping fast in your chest.
You hear a door open and heavy footsteps start to approach you, panic starts to build up as you didn't know what was happening around you. Then something was removed from your face and you could see everything around now. It was a small plain room with a hard cold concrete floor and the person who was standing in front of you was Jeff. You wanted to feel relaxed and safe now that he was here but you couldn't. Something deep in your gut was telling you not to trust anything that he says or does.
You looked down to find that your hands and legs were tied to a wooden chair, so tight it was nearly cutting off your blood circulation. Fear flowed through out your whole body as you realised that you were not in a safe place anymore.
He kneeled down in front of you and smiled. There was something wrong with his smile though instead of being warm it was quite creepy and cold. You felt as if you were going to be sick as reality set in that Jeff was not the person you thought he was.
You spoke up in a cracked sad voice,
"What's happening?!" You could only speak few words as you were in such disbelief.
Tears watered and pricked at the corners of your eyes as you started to understand that this man isn't the kind and caring man from the day before. You felt like you had just been backstabbed. You felt like you were safe for once in a long time but it was a lie.The only thing Jeff said was
" don't worry, you're safe now my love." He touched your cheek gently with a piecing smile on his lips. You couldn't help but stare into his once loving eyes and noticed how they have changed into cold, hard, obsessive ones.Shit.
That's when it clicked. He was the obsessive stalker that was sending you creepy letters everyday, it made so much sense now. You fell into his trap and now you've been kidnapped by some psychopath. Anger replaced all emotions in your body as you realised more and more what was going on.
You decided to confront this sociopath.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU. ARE YOU THAT CREEP THAT WAS STALKING ME, I should've known it was too good to be true." You fiercely spat at him. Your face was turning red as you felt an overwhelming sensation to burst into tears.
You just wanted to go home but you couldn't.
Jeff looked angry that You even dared to speak to him like that.
"I am not a creep." He started with a bitter tone in his voice."I just wanted to show you how much I loved you baby. Look at you, you must have fell for me too as you came back and slept with me." He said the last part with a lovingly mocking tone.
You felt like you was going to throw up at the fact he is not even trying to deny it made it worse. How could someone be so messed up in the head?
You swallowed, trying not to cry.
"Why? Why me?" You pleaded as a tear pathetically fell down your face.He smiled at that question as if he was waiting for you to ask it. It was sickening. Honestly you should've knew something was up with that smile with the hideous cut lines into it but you tried not to judge. Look where that got you.
"Well at first, I thought you were pretty attractive so I started following your routines and where you lived." He calmly spoke like this was a normal thing to say.
You were very interesting to watch everyday, that's where my love for you grew." The smile that sat on his lips grew even wider when he spoke.
"However I saw you was invited to a party and decided to get in, it was very easy. My plan originally was to watch you and drug one of your drinks when you wasn't looking. Then I changed my plan when your friends left you all by yourself and I came to talk with you."
You felt as if you were becoming faint from every word that came out of his lips. You couldn't hold it anymore and threw up beside you. It was too much. Jeff kept talking as he cleaned up the vomit sitting next to you but none of the words were registering in your brain. In that moment you realised there was no getting out of this, you were going to die. Your friends are probably too hungover to even realise your missing yet and even if they did they wouldn't even be able to find you.
Jeff started walking away towards the door with a pleased look on his face as he looks at you all tied up and helpless.
"What are you going to do with me, you can't just leave me here! People will notice I'm missing and come searching." You pleaded for a chance of hope that you will be able to survive this.
Jeff said nothing and just hummed whilst walking out and locking the door. Leaving you there all alone, tied to a chair with no food or water.
