I eavesdropped trying to hear their conversation, "Hold on" Dacre yelled opening the door "Your not ready yet" Beatrice spoke, "Yea just looking for an outfit" "Oh okay"

I started hearing kissing happening, Oh hell the fuck no not after we almost god don't even say it, "Fuck Beatrice sorry I can't just have a lot of things in my mind" Dacre said pulling away from their kiss

"What maybe you can take your mind off it" "I can't" "Oh come on let's ditch this party and have fun," Beatrice said trying to seduce Dacre

God, please don't that's the last thing I want to hear, "No Beatrice" "Fine later" I heard the door close

"You can come out now" I hear Dacre trying to open the door, I open the door slowly seeing him smirking down at me,

"This didn't happen I was never here and we didn't... You get it" I slam the door open and get a random outfit

"What" Dacre walks up to me upset, "I can't just forget it" He declares, "Well I will" I sigh "You can't be serious, We almost kiss we had a moment and you just want to pretend it didn't exist"

"It didn't happen, So yea" I smile sarcastically, As I was walking back into the bathroom Dacre pulls my hand towards his body

I bump into his chest, I felt my breath shorten and just stop "I'm not going to forget it, We had a moment I haven't felt like that in a while and I know you felt it too"

Dacre's voice softened, I turn to look at him and see he softened, His voice, His face, His body, "I'm tired of chasing people but you made me feel different and if it means chasing after you then I won't give up"

"Dacre If you like it or not this didn't happen we are just friends and we are staying that way" I spoke harshly walking into the bathroom

I hear him rummaging and slamming the door shut,

Dacre's POV

I took my bag and left the room into Lincoln's, I burst in and see him making out with Maze, "Bro do t you knock" He turns to look at me

"Hot" I raise a brow closing the door, I walk into Cody's room and see him changing, "Sorry bro but I'm staying here" I close the door behind me throwing my bag done

"What" Cody puts on his pants looking confused, "Girls Cody I hate girls so much" I take my hoodie off and start getting ready

"What did Beatrice do now" "Not Beatrice Sage" I snarl, "Oh... What did sage do" Cody stopped what he was doing to face me

"I don't wanna talk about it" I sigh changing, "Okay..." Cody replies continuing getting ready, For once I felt my heart shatter once she spoke

I've never felt like this in such a long time, I felt mad furious with myself but also fucking depressed, Is this because of Beatrice? Or Nat? She knows I don't care about them

So why would it be a problem? I sound fucking pathetic

Sage's Outfit

I was laying in bed staring up at the ceiling as loud music was banging through the floor, I didn't have the courage to go downstairs after this incident

"Hey why aren't you downstairs" I hear Arabella and Ruby open the door, they both come and sit across from me in Dacre's bed

"Um so me and Dacre almost kissed, And I blew him off" I turn to look at them, Their jaws dropped to the ground "Holy shit yall make such a hot powerful couple" Ruby spoke happily

"No we don't, I'm not going to be a sex doll" I roll my eyes getting up, "So screw Dacre and have fun" Arabell smiles dragging me downstairs while Ruby follows behind

I smile and the first thing I saw was Dacre making out with Beatrice, And it bothered me like shit did I make a mistake? No stop men are full of shit, especially him

"Come on!" Ruby yells running up to Maze and Liz, They make a good-looking friend group never expected to see them

I roll my eyes and head to a table filled with liquor, Wow who brought so much liquor? Whatever I should be grateful

I fill up an entire cup and drink it all in a sip, "Wow there!" Cody yelled looking concerned, "Dacre fucked you up didn't he" Cody smiled putting his cup down

"Correct" I lick my lips smashing and throwing the cup in the sink, "So um wanna dance?" Cody asked nervously, I raise a brow and look back at Dacre having a drink in his hand leaning on the wall staring right at us from across the room

"Sure" I smirk at Cody grabbing his hand as we go into the living room. Everyone else was dancing like crazy madly drunk

I turn to look at Cody smirking down at me as I danced on him "You look just wow" He leans down and whispers in my ear

"Thanks" I mouth as I stared into his eyes, Cody seemed like a player but he was genuinely really nice.

As we were dancing I notice Beatrice seeming furious having my phone in her hand walking downstairs

"Oh my god," I panic pulling away from Cody, "What?" Cody asked confused staring back at Beatrice

I run up to Beatrice, "Beatrice!" I shout panicing running up to her "Thanks, Sage I knew I could count on you"
