Chapter Seven: Confessing feelings

"What are you guys doing here? Emma, I told you not to tell them about me being here" he groans, obviously irritated that she broke a promise.

"They would've found out sooner or later" she says, shrugging her shoulders.

"What even happened?" I ask, worry evident in my voice.

"Pan happened. He was talking crap about you Roxy. I wasn't just gonna let him talk about you like that" he said, looking me dead in the eyes.

"He was? What'd he say?" I ask, confused.

"He said that you were worthless and he called you other bad things, that I'm not going to say since Henry's here. And, bloody hell, I started punching him. He punched me back, and if you think I look bad right now you should see him" he says, smirking.

"You stood up to him? For me?" I ask, my heart fluttering at the thought of him caring about me as much as I care about him.

"Yeah, there was no way in bloody hell I was going to let him talk about the girl I like in a degrading way" he realizes what he says once he says it and scratches his neck awkwardly.

My eyes go wide when I hear him say those words. He likes me? No guys ever honestly said that they like me before. I think to myself. By now my heart is racing. The others decide to let me and him be alone. Once they leave he starts talking.

"I know we haven't known each other long but I just feel like we've met before and I felt like we clicked when we met" he says honestly.

My mind starts racing even more.
He feels like we've met before too? I think to myself. He starts speaking again, which brings me out of my train of thought.

"So, I was wondering, would you like to go on a date with me sometime?" He asks, sounding a bit nervous while rubbing his neck.

I never thought a guy like him would be nervous to ask out a girl like me. He must really like me. I don't think a guys ever liked me as much as he seems to. I think to myself.

"I'd love too" I ask, my heart beating so loud I wouldn't be surprised if he could hear it.

When he hears my response a look of happiness/excitement spreads across his face.

"Oh and by the way, I'm the person you were supposed to meet at Granny's Diner at 6 tonight. We can still be on for tonight if you want? The doc said I should be let out here in a few hours" he says, hope on his face.

I smile and nod. Man, I wish it was 6pm already. Suddenly Emma comes bursting through the door without warning.

"Sorry. Didn't mean to interrupt, but the doctor says that visiting hours are over. Oh and Killian, they'll be letting you out here in a about an hour or so" she says with a smile on her face, looking between me and Killian.

"Okay. Well, bye Killian. See you tonight" I say, going over and kissing him on the cheek before walking out the door of his room.

"What was that kiss about?" She says, smiling knowingly.

"N-nothing" I stutter out.

"Yeah 'nothing'. You know you don't have to keep things from me. Yeah Killian's my ex but I don't care if you go out with him" she says honestly.

"Okay, me and him are going out on a date tonight. At 6. He's the guy Ruby was setting my up with for 6" I say, blushing slightly.

"Ohhhh, I knew he liked you! I knew it! But he wouldn't admit it. Talking about how he hasn't known you long" she says, rolling her eyes while smiling.

"Before I went to get you guys he was talking about you the whole time. It almost feels like he's known you his whole life" she says, chuckling while shaking her head.

"He was talking about me?" I ask, blushing even more, which I didn't know was possible.

"Yep" she says, smiling at me.

*6 hours later*

I check my phone to see what time it is, to see how much time I have to get ready for my date. 4:08pm. I have an hour and 52 minutes to get ready. I might as well start now.

Hey guys! Sorry I don't make the chapters that long. I'm gonna make it up to you guys by giving you more chapters. I'm aiming to have at the very least 50 chapters. If not more.

Oh and I ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS LEFT OF SCHOOL UNTIL SUMMER BREAK YASSSS AND AFTER THE NEXT 11 DAYS WE'LL BE 11 DAYS CLOSER TO SEASON FIVE PREMIER. YES, THATS HOW MUCH I CANT WAIT.
