Amber scattered around the cave, bathing the cavern in a gentle golden glow, much to heavenly for the battle that occurred here all those years ago.

The amber wall that covered the easternmost wall was decorated with worn-out, ancient sigils and writings, each with a meaning lost to time.

Suspended within was a beast, reared up on its hindlegs, tail pressing against what would have been the ground for balance, with a face carved into a vicious snarl and claws spread, remnants of blood dried onto sharp fangs and serrated claws, dark red splatters dried onto [M/C] scales.

A large seal sits at the approximate center of the wall, colored with what could only be assumed as gold, though it had chipped and faded to a duller color over time.

The seal is worn, old, and no longer holds any power over the beast, no longer reinforces the amber that traps the beast.

Crck.
Cr-a-a-ack.
Thump.

The sound of cracking. Chunks of amber fall.

The beast will stay trapped no longer.
.
..
...
Thud.

A first breath.

A moment passes.

The unsteady rise and fall of your chest is alarming to say the least as you stumble, having forgotten what it all felt like after millennia of sleep..

Razor-edged claws scrabble at the dirt and stone below you, dragging you out of the amber.

You can feel the heavy fog on your mind as you fall to the ground, letting yourself lay there for a while.

It all hurts.
Everything aches.
You don't know who you are right now.

You're missing chunks of your memory and everything's fuzzy. You just want the pain to end.
