Wilson got to house' apartment as fast as possible scared there was an emergency by House' tone he hade grabbed his stuff and told Cuddy he needed to go home asap because of an emergency.

Wilson waited outside of House' door after knocking he did have a key but they are in his bag from rushing and just throwing his stuff in his bag.

House heard the knock on the door and smirked he opened it "Ho- AGH!" Wilson yelled as he was forcefully pulled into the apartment, House slammed Wilson against the door pinning him as soon as the door closed placing his left hand on Wilson's hip and one against the door by Wilson's head "Ow! House what the-!" Wilson's confused frustration was cut off by House' lips on his lustfully.

House basically ripped Wilson's coat off and threw it who knows where Wilson widened his eyes by this sudden force and dominance as soon as he walked through the door but at the same time it was house.
