Tyler Gaplin hated going to new places. And he hated meeting new people, despite appearing as a friendly, aloof guy. In fact, Nevermore was never the place he'd imagined he'd be at after being exposed as the Hyde that killed Rowan and many others, all for the resurrection of Crackstone, which was quickly resolved by Wednesday Addams. Another thing that would be an issue, would be seeing Xavier and be in the same classes as him. He and Tyler used to be best friends, until Tyler made a fatal error, breaking their friendship forever. Wednesday had heard of this mistake, and acted like she didn't care. But Tyler saw how close she was with Xavier, and he knew that she would take pity on Xavier.
The brunette stared out of the cop car, watching the scenery pass by. He was terrified to confront Wednesday again after what happened last year. Yes... It's been an entire year since Joseph Crackstone was revived, and Professor Thornhill had groomed him into helping take out some of the outcasts, and now.. He was being placed with the very people he tried to kill. "Hey kid, brighten up."
He heard the cop in front of him say. Tyler shook his head, giving a small breathy chuckle, "Sorry, but I can't. Not when I'm seeing Wednesday again." He looked up, seeing the cop peer at him through the rearview mirror. "Oh, yeah. That's right. Your ex, yeah?" The cop had slim features, aquamarine blue eyes staring right at Tyler. Tyler huffed, looking away. "Yeah.. Her. And an old friend of mine." He said simply. "What a shame, what happened to you guys." The cop said, letting out a half-hearted chuckle. Tyler just rolled his eyes, staring out the window, nervousness bubbling up in his stomach as they pulled into the Nevermore driveway."Y'know, the kids here'll hate you." The cop said bluntly. Tyler nodded, already aware of what could be in store. "I know. I don't blame them either. Hell, I killed Rowan and tried to kill Eugene, they have all right to hate me." The cop looked at him again. "Yeesh. Dark mindset, huh?" He asked, grinning. Tyler nodded, rubbing his arm, which was littered with scars from Thornhill's relentless torture. "Well. We're here." The cop said. Tyler looked out the window once again, seeing the stone buildings and students staring at the cop car he currently resided in. Tyler could almost feel the fear radiating from their stares. He shuffled uncomfortably, as the cop slammed the driver door shut. Tyler could feel his nervousness spike as soon as he got hauled out of the cop car, and was now face to face with Xavier Thorpe, and Wednesday Addams, the very two people he didn't want to see as soon as he stepped out of his restraints.
"Hello Tyler." The ravenette said. Tyler could feel the hatred seeping from her words as she stared at him with her big black eyes, unmoving and as cold as an obsidian statue. "Wednesday." Tyler said, faking a nervous smile. Well... It was a smile. He was at least trying to be friendly, but being under the gaze of both Wesnesday AND Xavier, he couldn't help but be nervous. "Heh. Kinda ironic that you're right back at the place that you tried destroying." Xavier said. Tyler just stared at him, coffee brown eyes meeting mellow green eyes. "..Nice to see you too, Xavier."
