*+•chapter two•+*

   Tyler arose from his sleep, upon feeling something hit him. "Wh- What-" He stuttered, rising up. "Rise and shine, sunshine." Tyler heard Xavier say, right as the dirty blonde threw another pencil at him. "OW?? Thanks alot Xavier-" Tyler grumbled, throwing the pencils back at the blonde. "You're welcome, Sleeping Beauty." Xavier huffed, slipping his school uniform on. Tyler rolled out of his bed, glaring at the shorter one. "Couldn't have woke me up any nicer?" He asked, also sliding his uniform coat on. "Nope. Sorry." Xavier sneered, picking up his bags and leaving. Tyler groaned, scrambling after him. "Are you serious Xavier?? When's breakfast around here-" He grumbled, quickly catching up with him.

   Xavier looked at him, amusement tracing his face. "In a few minutes, actually." Tyler felt the same anxiety he had every time a new person walked into the cafe begin to come up once again. He gulped as Xavier opened the large doors to the courtyard, where werewolves were roughhousing, Bianca's crew were talking together, now in hushed whispers upon seeing Tyler walk in. Tyler just followed behind Xavier like a lost little dog, and found himself with Bianca's crew, sitting beside Xavier. "Well well well. Look who finally decided to show his face around here." Bianca said, sarcastically. Tyler tapped his fingers on the table nervously, he hated interacting with anyone outside of his circle, and Bianca was definitely outside of his circle. "Yeah.. I'm here now." He said nervously.

"Shocked you're even allowed back!" A boy with a beanie said, slapping Tyler on the back. He coughed a bit. "And you are..?" He asked, looking at the boy, a bit in alarm as he saw a snake slither out from the back of his beanie. "Ajax!! You're going to stone someone!!" He heard a girl say. "So... You're Ajax." Tyler mumbled, nodding to him. Ajax nodded, wrapping his arm around the girl that bounded up to them. "Yeeeep! And this is my girlfriend, Enid." He said, a goofy grin spreading across his face. Tyler's eyes widened, recognizing those pastel painted nails. Those nails... they belonged to the werewolf that nearly killed him. The girl must've recognized him as well, as her nails grew. "Hey hey hey- Enid no- He's supposed to be better now!!" Ajax stammered, holding Enid's hands. The platinum blonde sighed, her nails retracting. "Sorry sorry!" She said, sighing.

Tyler's brows furrowed, he scooted closer to Xavier, another habit he would do if he got intimidated, he would scoot closer to someone he trusted. Wait. Someone he trusted? He wasn't aware that he trusted Xavier. Bianca stared at him, he could see the hatred in those pale seafoam colored eyes of her's. Tyler felt an ice cold hand on his shoulder, he turned quickly, being face to face once again with Wednesday Addams. "Geez... Again with you and scaring people to death.." He said. "You've changed. You're more.. Pathetic." She said coldly.  Tyler grit his teeth a bit, glaring at her, grabbing his knee with one hand to contain his anger. "Nice to see you too, Wednesday.." He said, through a smile. "Can you believe it bestie?! He's actually going here!!" Enid exclaimed, leaving Ajax's embrace to grab Wednesday's arm and make her sit by her.

   "I can believe it. Of course they'd take pity on him." Wednesday said, rolling her eyes, Ajax just sighed, leaving the girls be. Tyler had eventually tuned out everyone around him, now just focusing his attention on the drawing Xavier was working on. He sketched carefully and precisely, yet with enough vigor that it left Tyler wondering how he didn't rip the paper. He averted his attention from Xavier's drawing, and now looked around the courtyard, he was still receiving weird stares from the other students, and there were only a few who bothered to wave at him, though they were small waves, as if they were afraid. Tyler rested his head on his hand, he understood why they would be afraid, he wouldn't want to interact with a monster either. That's when he realized.. Xavier, Wednesday, Ajax, and Enid all treated him like he was somewhat human, more than Thornhill ever did.

He smiled a bit to himself, happy that he was the only one that was a Hyde. He knew that if he was the only one, there wasn't likely to be another murder. Or any others committed near Nevermore. "Stop smiling. It hurts my eyes." Tyler heard Wednesday complain. He sighed, rolling his eyes. "Oh yeah, because I should listen to you." He said, crossing his arms. "You should, unless you want the taser taken to you again. You know I am not above torturing you again, even though I didn't get as far as I would've liked last time." The black haired girl said, meeting his cold glare with her own. "Wait. YOU TORTURED HIM??" Xavier and Enid said in unison. "..Yes? I thought you were told." Wednesday replied, looking at them. "Uh. NO?? Ajax why do you keep holding secrets from me??" Enid whined, jabbing Ajax with a claw harshly, but miraculously, it brought no blood, just Ajax groaning in pain. "Geez... C'mon Enid!! It was supposed to be secret-" He said shakily. "Yeah. Figured Wednseday would've told you guys." Bianca said, swirling the water around in her cup. "NO???" Enid exclaimed, pouting angrily.

"It wasn't fun, either. I had to look at your paintings while I got tased too-" He said, glancing at Xavier, who looked... Astonished, for some reason. "I didn't know this happened- Because SOMEONE framed me for every murder." His astonished expression was quickly swapped to one of hatred, as he glared at Tyler. "Okay, that was NOT me. At the time, I wasn't even allowed on campus!!" The brunette huffed, crossing his arms. "Yeah right." Xavier said. "Thinking about it, that could've been Thornhill's doing, she was the only one out of the two of them who had access to the campus." Bianca reasoned. Ajax nodded. "Woah... That makes a ton of sense!" Suddenly, Wednesday's head snapped back. "Wednesday?!" Half of the table cried out. Enid had caught Wednesday before she hit the ground. Her eyes were shot wide, and Tyler could see out of the corner of his eyes a few students who paused and looked at the scene that was currently playing out in front of them.

"She's- She's having a vision! And she won't wake up! I am SERIOUSLY FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW!!"
