Wrong number ~ avengers(Peter x reader)

Field trip Day 2

Jessie's pov

I sat up sweating. "It seems you had a nightmare Jess." My A.I, Tina said. "Yeah yeah I think I know that." I said and sat up. I looked at the time on my Dora watch that Harley gave me and it was 4 am. "Get only got a hour of sleep. I guess I'll go patrolling for a little bit." I said and clicked my button allowing my suit to collapse over me. I opened the window and climbed out. I used my powers to levitate and close the window to just a crack so I could come back in.

I fly by the front of the tower and say Tony and Bruce working in their labs. I waved and they nodded their heads in acknowledgment. I was flying around for a bit before I heard a scream. I flew in the direction of the scream and I saw a girl being mugged by a man. Or at least he was trying to. He had his hand on her neck choking her and he was trying to grab her purse with the other hand but she was holding on to it with the little life she had left due to her losing air.

I lowered myself down quietly behind the man and used my powers to knock him back. I threw a punch knocking him to the ground and the girl ran off. I put one foot on the man and my right arm was creating a energy orb for if he tried to hurt me I would shoot the orb into his face. "Hello? Yes this is Artemis I have a man in the alleyway by the McDonald's he was trying to mug a young girl." I said and gave them the rest of the information they needed.

When the police cars pulled up I slowly walked away from the man and the cops put him in handcuffs and nodded to me. I flew off and around for about another hour and a half before going back. I climbed back through the window and closed it. I clicked the button which collapsed the suit into the small contraption. I laid on my bed when I heard a door open, close and then my door opened.

Peter walked in and closed the door behind him. I sat up. "You went patrolling without telling me? You could have got hurt like last time." Peter said. "I know but I didn't and I was careful this time. I stopped a mugging." I said. "Good." Peter said. "Now get some rest I know you don't sleep much." Peter said. I nodded and laid down. He walked out and back to his room.

I sleep for about 2 more hours. I woke up and Avery and Mj were not in their beds. I grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste and walked into the bathroom. Both of the others were in there. Mj was washing her face and Avery was doing their hair. I waited for mj to finish washing her face before I brushed my teeth. I brushed my teeth and then when I was done I put my stuff away and grabbed my hairbrush. I took my braids out and brushed my hair which was now wavy because of the braids.

Avery walked out of the bathroom and then walked back in with clothes. "Y'all don't mind if I change infront of you right?" They said. Me and Mj shook our heads and they changed. I put my hair half hair up half hair down and the ponytail that was half up I braided. I went and got my clothes and changed in the restroom after Avery and Mj said they didn't mind.

It was black shorts and a black long sleeve under a AC/DC shirt. "Do we like the fit?" I asked and turned side to side. "Hell yeah! It looks awesome." Avery said. I smiled at them and they smiled back. We went and sat in the bedroom and Mj got changed. "Can you help me put this ribbon in my hair Jess?" Mj asked me. I nodded and sat behind her to do it.

Then Ned and Peter walked in. "Hey ned hey Peter!" Avery said. "Hey boys!" I said as I was tying the bow. "Hey Avery. Hey Jess!" Peter said. I finished tying the ribbon and got my Doc Martens out of my suitcase. I put them on and sat on my bed. "Breakfast kids. It's being served in the lunch room this time." Pepper Potts said and walked out. "Let's go." I said and we all made our way to the lunch room.

I didn't get much to eat. Just some eggs and potatoes which was way less then what everyone else was eating but I had an eating disorder so that's why. We sat down and no one came to our table this time not even Flash.
