Field trip day 3

Due to falling asleep early last night I woke up early. And I don't mean like 8-9 am early. I mean 5 am early. Something in me was telling me to go on a run so I put a sports bra on and some Nike leggings to go run. I noticed Peter was asleep on the floor next to my bed and ned was on the floor near the tv. I guess they fell asleep talking to the others.

I walked out of the room and towards the elevator. I walked into the elevator and went all the way down to the first floor and walked out I started running as I got out and saw 1 person in front of me and hear 2 more people behind me. Don't question how I can tell it was something I picked up bring with hydra. I started to speed up to my inhumane pace. I passed the person in front of me and saw it was Sam Wilson aka The Falcon.

I turned to look back for a second and saw Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers trying to catch up with me. "Try a little harder!" I shout and laugh a bit as I speed up even more. Their footsteps started coming even closer so I speed up as much as I could. I passed them about 3 times before I slowed down to pace with them. "Okay, what the hell!" Steve said. "Woah, you made the 'language!' boy say a curse word I think you've beat us at life." Sam said.

I chuckled a bit. "I don't know can't say I'm exactly better than The Winter Soldier, The Falcon or Captain America." I said. "Tell me how did you do it? How did you run faster than us we are super soldiers." Bucky said. "I guess we have something in common" i said and shrugged. "Are you implying you are also a super soldier?" Sam said.

"Not just a super soldier. Super hero. I'm Artemis actually don't tell any non-hero's though. Unless it's like Ned, Mj or Avery they all know already." I said knowing I could trust them. "You're Artemis?" Sam said. "The one and only." I said and smiled. "So you and spider kid are y'all together or nah?" Bucky said.

"Oh heavens no. Peter would never like me back. I'm just me a kid who was forced to murder her own parents by hydra, knows how to never miss a shot with an arrow and has an annoying metal arm that breaks her pencils all the time." I said.

"Oh come on lighten up. He likes you for sure. Not every friend is that close to their friends the way he is to you. I bet he's concerned for you right now considering it's 5:30 and you aren't in your room." Bucky said. "Oh really well what about you and Natasha y'all are as close as me and Peter from what I've seen." I said. Bucky goes a bit red and looks at the floor. "Let's stop running for a bit yeah?" Bucky says.

"Hold up now does Bucky Barnes have a thing for the Natasha Romanoff..!" I said teasing him and he slaps his non-metal hand onto my mouth. "Shut it kid!" Bucky said. I pulled his hand off and glared at him. "Never touch me again. And sorry." I said. "Me too." He said.

"So are you saying you think nat likes you back? You're saying Peter likes me back and we act the same as y'all." I said. "Well me and nat are different but maybe. I hope so at least." Bucky said. "I'm sure she does buck. I hope you don't mind me calling you that." I said.

"I don't mind." Bucky said and I heard a familiar voices come from a bit far away. "Jess!!" I heard Ned, Peter, Mj, and Avery shouting tiredly. "Over here dumbasses!" I shouted. I heard their footsteps come closer and turned to look at them. "Oh woah we let you fall asleep before us for once and you end up with Super Soldiers and the Falcon the next morning how amazing!" Mj said sarcastically.

"Oh my gosh I was so worried Jess!" Peter said making Bucky nudge me and smirk. I glared at him. "I'm fine I swear Pete. You gonna be a bit more calm sometimes." I said and smiled a bit. "I know I gotta work on that but who better to teach me than one of the calmest people I know." He said. "Harley?" I questioned. "No dummy you!" He said.

I looked at him with my eyebrow raised, "okay sure let's go with that". All of us laughed a bit. "I wonder how Harley is. Without me. Whenever he's in Tennessee he calls me like a billion times a day to tell me what he's doing but he hasn't called me. Oh my god what if he's dead! I need to call him right now!!!" I said and frantically pulled my phone out of my pocket to call him.
