a/n this one has been sitting in my phone note for maybe about 2 or 3 months now, i tried to proofread it as quickly as i can, but even then, I'm not so sure myself that the choice of words were even good enough, but hopefully you'll understand what i was trying to write there, enjoy<3

after a half an hour of shopping all alone, baji finally had every ingredients you needed for today's dinner

while he was walking towards his motorcycle, a soft cry that sounded to be coming from a kitten's mouth entered his hearing, his head immediately snapped towards where the source of voice came from, head turning left and right as he slowly walked closer towards the tiny meows, he founded himself a, what seems to be a singular 3 week old kitten crying out for it's mom

"oh shit" he said underneath his breath, looking around for any cat that could've possibly be the kittens mother, yet another 10 minutes has passed, and there were no signs of this kittens mother seen in sight

putting the two plastic bags on the concrete, baji gently took the kitten's tiny body from the ground and hold it in his left palm. the kitten's fur were black with a light brown eyes and a few scars seemed to be visible on it's body

"jeez, what happened to you..." he softly whispered at the kitten in hand, and without any other hesitation, he brought the kitten home with him, holding the 2 plastic bags in his right arm while the other were busy holding the kitten

gently putting the black furred kitten in his jacket inner pocket, be drove off back home.

"I'm home" baji walked in the house which caught a certain kindergartens attention

"daddy!" miko (your both's daughter) gleefully greeted his dad at the entrance

putting the plastic bags on the kitchen counter, his hand digged in his pants pocket and pulled out a candy which was miko's favorite

"here, take it, don't tell mom about it alright" baji whispered to miko before miko make a motion of zipping her mouth shut and sending baji a thumbs up

and before miko could walk away, the kitten that were innocently sitting on baji's jacket pocket let out a tiny meow

"is that a cat!?" miko mouth were quickly shut by baji's hand closing her mouth

"shhh, don't let mom notice this, she's gonna be angry" baji whispered to miko, which she quickly understood and closed her mouth with her two palm

baji walked to the guest bathroom with miko following behind him, baji finally pulled the tiny kitten from his inner jacket pocket and put the kitten on the countertop sink

"omg she's so cute!" her head poking at the top of the countertop while on her tippy toes

"we gotta clean her up for a bit" baji said "why did you bring the cat here?" miko innocently asked "she were all alone on the side walk" "ohh..."

no more further question coming out from miko's mouth, she curiously stared at the black kitten walking on the sink countertop, her tiny head looking around her new surroundings

"aren't your legs getting tired?" baji looked besides him, which miko were still on her tippy toes. "yes, my legs feel heavyy" she said which made baji chuckled by the clear struggle his daughter was showing

and i with thay, baji lifted miko up and let her sit at the countertop "be careful alright? don't move or get too close to the edge, you'll fall" baji warned the girl and she quickly obliged
