Changing in Seconds

Chapter 4

Days passed on as the Wisest made his decision. It was time to make his plan come to life. However, it must be kept a secret. Too many people knowing and interfering with the plan will cause there to be an unbalance on the mysterious happenings. That will only make it more dangerous.

First off, he needs to find two worthy people who can know the reason and survive. But how will I know who those people are? The only way to find this out is by finding what makes him special. Through his own research, he came across many trials and errors.

To test if his predictions were true, he told a few people with the same background about his theory. All those people disappeared just like his daughter. He already lost his daughter, there would be nothing more painful for him in the future. Even though he was not related to the people, he still felt sorry and blamed himself for each person's death.

He could try testing on animals to save the people. But testing on animals did not work the same way. Though they both had a few similarities, they also had many, many differences. So he was left with no choice. Saving his village was in the faith of his hands!

Soon enough, he decided to look at his family tree and see if he had any connection that made him different. He came across the fact that he was the descendant of someone in the other world.

The other world was a very complicated topic. The things that happened there were different than those happening here. Some people came to escape some of the horrors, while others came to experience the wonder's of this village. While both sides had different reasons for coming or going, not everyone could go in and out. They needed power.

The Wisest found out that his family escaped the other world and came to their current village for safety. He never heard of the story. Maybe cause it wasn't supposed to be told.
